Pick-up Instructions Pick-up Point: Ensure that you provided the correct name and address for your pick-up point when making the booking. If you forgot to include this information, send it to us as soon as possible so we can assign your pick-up time. In areas with heavy traffic, especially in the capital, we may propose a nearby pickup point to the hotel to improve accessibility and punctuality. Pick-up Time Confirmation: The day before the activity, we will contact you between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM via email, WhatsApp, SMS or phone to confirm your exact pick-up time. Full-Day Excursion: Lasts between 8,5 to 11 hours, including 6,5 hours for the main activity and 2 to 4,5 hours for round-trip transportation, depending on the pickup location. Great experience with great guides David & Celeste
Great tour with appropriate amendments to the itinerary due to external circumstances. Our tour was one that was constantly changing to be in line with government stipulations due to the heat/wildfire concerns resulting park closures and safety concerns. Even though this was of the tour operators control, they communicated potential changes in the preceding days in advance and kept us up to date with alternative arrangements than the original itinerary. This resulted in what I feel was a more unique view of the heart of Gran Canaria. While it would have been lovely to visit the Roque Nublo, that wasn't possible and we went to the Cuevas del Ray and got to climb up and into some caves. Here our tour guide really provided plenty of information and rich history of the island and aboriginal past of the dwellers and way of life in the caves. Climbing up the steep rocks really makes you consider the difficulties and perseverance of the way of life back then. Besides from this, our tour itinerary went as stated here and lunch was enjoyable. It was a full day out and the alert was partially lifted on the way to our first viewpoint - making the tour very agile and more adventurous. Our group was really small, 4 in total (excluding the guide), so it made the experience more intimate and relaxing.

Excellent day on a tour with a minibus and trekking, visiting the ancient craters of Gran Canaria. Lunch stop at a lovely local farmhouse. The guide David was friendly and knowledgeable.

The Volcano Heart Tour of Climbo is a wonderful way to discover the interior of Gran Canaria. From the volcanic landscapes of Bandama and the impressive calderas of Tejeda and Tirajana, via Cruz de Tejeda, to the walk to the impressive Roque Nublo. Roque Nublo was definitely the highlight of the day for me. The walk, nature and views made it a special experience. And to conclude, something very special awaited us: the sunset over the clouds at Pico de las Nieves. Really breathtaking! The late lunch at Restaurant Tajinaste, with local ingredients and a nice combination of Canarian cuisine, also suited this special day perfectly. Our guide Daylos made the excursion complete. He has a lot of knowledge, humor and skill and is also very professional and passionate. His stories and explanations really brought the history, geology and culture of the island to life. A great combination of nature, culture, hiking, gastronomy and beautiful views. Everything was well organized and the day flew by. Climbo and Daylos, thank you for this wonderful experience! It was a great experience ! First of all the organisation is perfect and the team has been flexible for the pick-up location. Daylos was the most perfect guide ! He is a product of the island, knows everything and he explains the island’s history, its people, its geography, its wildlife, and its flora with passion.
