Named after the famous poet Dante Alighieri, this station explores themes of thought and philosophy through contemporary art and quotations displayed along the corridors.

Stefano was an excellent guide - informative, friendly and entertaining! We really appreciated Stefano giving us the historical context of the metro stations and the art they contained. Recommended if you want an alternative view of Naples. Thanks Stefano and Barbara.
Each station is a work of art: especially Toledo, Chiaia, San Pasquale and Monte Sant'Angelo. Not to forget the gigantic Piazza Garibaldi
We wanted a different view of Naples, and this tour fit the bill, I didn't expect Naples to have a metro. Our guide was Serena, and we were the only people on the midday tour. It was easy to find her at the meeting point. Throughout the tour we got lots of history and information about Naples, it was even more interesting because Serena was very proud to come from Naples. We saw four metro stations, all with very different themes, and also the parts of the city above ground. I would definitely recommend this tour if you have an interest in architecture, design or just want a different type of tour. Thank you Serena!
Arianne was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and made the tour very interesting. We loved hearing about the inspiration for the art in the metro stations as well as viewing the stations/art. Strongly recommend.
Thank you by Arianna!
Ariana was incredible! She was enthusiastic, educated, a great communicator, encouraged our participation, she was knowledgeable about all of the details and history, not only of the metro, but of Naples itself. She educated us using her broad education and her language skills, and she also provided wonderful personal anecdotes. The metro tour provided a lens through which to see all of Naples.
Thank you, Arianna says hi! <3
Wonderful! I would never have expected the sheer variety of artwork in the Napoli Metro stations. My favorite was the “computer” words walls at the University exit… was fun to see how many of the Italian words matched their English counterparts
Many thanks for being with us and for your review 💖💞💖
