We had an awesome experience with our driver Ilyas when we visited Tangier two weeks ago. He was really good speaks English very well and is friendly especially with kids. He also helped us with carrying out the stuff from the car like pushchairs and bags etc. Highly recommended.

The driver was not waiting for us and we found ourselves lost because that was not what was agreed upon. The guy spoke no Spanish, and he didn't speak much English either... he couldn't explain to us what we could visit, and although we saw two places, it was more our direction than his... there wasn't much communication.

Era más cómodo para ustedes esperar en la zona de recogida con sombra. Además, el conductor asignado es uno de nuestros mejores conductores y habla inglés con fluidez. También nos confirmó que les entregó nuestro folleto informativo, donde explicamos claramente los lugares que se pueden visitar en Tánger con fotos y descripciones para que los clientes puedan elegir libremente los lugares que desean descubrir. En nuestro servicio de “Private Car Hire”, el conductor no impone ni dirige el itinerario; presentamos las opciones disponibles y el cliente decide según sus preferencias. Sin embargo, el conductor también nos comentó que hubo menos comunicación porque ustedes estaban conversando entre ustedes gran parte del tiempo, y nuestros conductores siempre intentan respetar la privacidad y el ambiente de los clientes. Lamentamos sinceramente que la experiencia no haya sido exactamente como esperaban. Tomamos muy en serio sus comentarios y seguiremos mejorando nuestro servicio.
