It was a fun Saturday morning activity - informative instructor and learned a lot. First part was a cooking demonstration rather than hands-on, but we got helpful tips and good point to ask questions. Second part was hands-on to roll the tamales. They were delicious! So were the tacos and drinks, but they were prepared for us. Now we're excited to try making tamales ourselves!
Oscar was terrific as our tamale “coach.” We had a great time, learned a lot, and enjoyed a terrific meal when it was all said and done. I’d gladly recruit some more friends and go again in the future!
