Not what we expected... If you want to sit in a van for 5 hours driving up and down some country roads, then this might me your cup of tea. The guide didn't talk a lot, so you can imagine the silence. After 2,5 hours, we asked to bring us back to Svolvaer. Not worth the (lots of) money.
Booked online. It would have been helpful for some communication before the tour. We could have discussed pick up locations. Regardless we met Ben by the Tourist information office. A long drive out to the east of Lofoten. Saw some tracks but nothing else. We were giving up then out of the roadside verge a large Moose came out and we watched him for 15 minutes. It was a great experience. If you want to see a Moose in the wild do this tour.
This was a great way to see Moose 🫎 on the Lofoten islands. Our guide Stephanie was very knowledgeable about the animals and the area. She made sure we were comfortable and safe. She also made sure the animals were safe. I definitely recommend if you want the opportunity to see these majestic creatures in their natural habitat. We were lucky enough to see 5 moose.

Super fun experience! A small group, the guide knew a lot to tell and was very enthusiastic. We have seen 1 Moose, unfortunately not able to photograph. But on the way back to the campsite there were two on the road,

Nice trip but not what it promised. Text is seductive, count on few elk. Few animals to see, but informative with good guide.

Our guide was very nice and we did find one moose. Unfortunately, the entire rest of the time we did not find any wildlife. So definitely keep your expectations low. We did get a chance to see a lot of beautiful portions of the islands.
