We arrived early and found no one: when we contacted the operator, they couldn't tell us anything, but they said the number I entered was incorrect, which I strongly doubt, and I had provided an email for contact purposes anyway. They opened a ticket for us regarding the expected refund. Embarrassing.
We followed the walking directions on Google Maps, which led us to public ferries & no one knew where this boat tour was. So, we never made it on the boat…if there is a boat.
