The Wilmington offers comfortable seating and 360-degree views of the stunning riverfront and natural beauty of Eagles Island. Enjoy a tasty cocktail or drink from our full service bar, featuring both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Sit back and relax to the captains playlists as we cruise the downtown riverfront, then head west along Eagles Island, chasing the last rays of the setting sun. Finally, we sail back to downtown where you'll experience the lights, smells, and sounds of our quaint city by night. Boarding and disembarking are at our homeport. 212 South Water Street. Nice cruise down the Cape Fear river: not much to see on it other than the city of Wilmington and a battleship, and the drink/food options are limited. Operator/narrator was very good and we enjoyed the trip.
Lovely evening sunset cruise— friendly people, everything went smoothly and relaxing to sit back and watch along the river and shore. Sunset wasn’t spectacular but it was beautiful anyway!
The cruise was somewhat boring. As we were cruising and passing sights there was no commentary by the Captain. Strictly a cruise on the river.

Unfortunately it rained for at least half the tour but they have nice windows that they can open and close quickly. The boat was very clean, friendly and attentive staff that made the very best of a rainy day. Would absolutely do this tour again.
All four of us enjoyed the cruise and were glad we had included it in our weekend plans. Late April must be the "sweet spot" for this cruise. The weather was perfect! The water was calm and we appreciated that we saw both daylight and dark during the cruise. The number of folks on the boat was good - we never felt too crowded; do not allow any more, though. The biggest thing that dinged the stars to four - and, I really was unhappy about this - was the volume of the singer. She was very good; talented and her selections were appropriate but TOO, TOO LOUD. The four of us could not hear each other talk. It is a small boat; any amp at all is too much. I did (discreetly) mention something to one of our tour guides. It was completely IGNORED. We booked this cruise because there was to be "entertainment" perhaps that was a poor choice. Value/fee was good - should not cost any more, though.
