The meeting point is Meet at the parking garage at Simpson & Milward (150 W Simpson Ave, Jackson). Enter on the Simpson side, across from SpringHill Suites. Meet your guide inside the waiting area by the benches near the elevator. Restrooms are on the lower level (Milward side). Hotel pickup is not part of this experience.

Our tour with Ryan was amazing — we couldn’t have asked for a better day. He was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout. We saw spectacular views and wildlife, and the moment that stands out the most was watching a grizzly and her cub. It’s something we’ll remember forever.

We had the absolute best time on our Ecotour adventure! Our guide, Lucas, was truly incredible from start to finish. He was polite, extremely knowledgeable, and made the experience so engaging—we learned so much throughout the trip. We were also blessed to see a bunch of amazing wildlife! To top it all off, Lucas went completely above and beyond by surprising us with a bottle of champagne to celebrate my birthday! It was such a thoughtful, personal touch that made the day extra special. I can’t recommend this tour company enough, and we will definitely be coming back to do a snowshoeing tour with Lucas. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience!

We had a great time on this tour! Our guide Kirk was excellent - he was knowledgeable and helpful as we went through the park. We saw bison, moose, elk, a bear, and deer along with many stunning views. We also appreciated the snacks and coffee offered to us and the small group size. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Jackson!
Fabulous excursion with four couples! Ash was our incredible guide. Her passion and expertise made the trip a highlight of our vacation. She made sure we saw as much as possible and was flexible with requests. A must do if you want to see the area and wildlife with a pro!
Our overall experience was great. The length of the tour was well worth the admission fee. The guide was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and animals. The small group size was great for for taking turns spotting animals and taking pictures. Would definitely book again.

Had a great time on a tour led by Richie. We saw elk, running bison, moose, and a bald eagle. He had a lot of interesting knowledge to share. Took us to some amazing views. The only hiccup was that we got a text with the pickup location on the same morning so at first we went to the wrong location until we saw the text. Ultimately it was not a big deal at all. Comfortable van with cool roof doors to look out. High quality binoculars. Drinks and snacks throughout.

We sincerely apologize for the incorrect pickup location – this changed this summer due to new laws in Jackson Hole, and we sometimes still make errors. We're glad we were able to fix it quickly!
