We had a great day with Caledonian Prestige Tours. We were a group of 8 Canadians travelling on the tour. One thing I really appreciated was Cal reaching out to us a few weeks before the tour with instructions and reminders on how to book our tickets for our venues where needed. On the day of our tour, Cal met us right at the Greenock Cruise Terminal and we loaded the van. With some great stories and facts to interest us along the way, we seamlessly journeyed between destinations. Cal brought us to a great little restaurant for lunch, where some of our party were able to sample some of the local cuisine. We also got up close and personal with some adorable highland cows. Traveling with three generations of family we found this tour, exploring outside of Edinburgh, to be a very enjoyable day for all. From Stirling Castle to feeding a Highland cow to whiskey tasting there was something for everyone. Caledonian Prestige Tours was excellent to work with. They offered proactive, clear communication and arrangement of details, and our vehicle was clean and comfortable. Our driver, Cal, went the extra mile to share his Scottish culture with us which was so appreciated. This day was the highlight of our time in Scotland!

We had an absolutely spectacular time on the Stirling Castle, Whisky & The Kelpies Tour with Caledonian Prestige Tours, with owner/guide Callum. From start to finish, the day was incredibly well-paced, blending Scotland's profound history with its modern artistic marvels. The private transportation was exceptionally comfortable, making the travel between sites seamless and relaxing. Tour Highlights • Stirling Castle: Standing atop Castle Hill, the sheer scale and historical significance of this fortress are breathtaking. Walking through the beautifully restored Royal Palace felt like stepping back into the Renaissance. We spent a lot of time here, could have spent hours! Because of that, we eliminated the whisky part of the tour. • The Kelpies: Seeing these colossal, 100-foot-tall horse-head sculptures in person is an unforgettable experience. The sheer engineering and artistry are magnificent to witness up close. • Highland Cows: You can't visit Scotland without experiencing its traditional craftsmanship and iconic wildlife! Getting to see the classic Highland cows made for a wonderfully authentic day. We were treated to a brief drive through Glasgow’s historic town center and architectural gems. It was the perfect introduction to the city's vibrant legacy: Our guide was fantastic—knowledgeable, accommodating, and full of fascinating insights that brought both the city streets and the historic ruins to life. It was a completely hassle-free, first-class experience. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience the absolute best of Scottish history and culture in comfort!
