Ok, but not worth the price
We booked this out of sheer convenience - a way to get from Split to Zagreb while seeing the lakes and not having to rent a car or book separate transportation.
If we could do it again, we would either rent a car and drive ourselves, or book a day trip to the lakes and return to Split and take a bus from Split to Zagreb.
The excursion is simply not worth the price. The "panoramic boat ride" was a two minute ride across one of the lakes simply to get us to the other side. The "electric train ride" was a shuttle at the end of the tour to get us back to the bus pickup location. The tour was fine, but did not add much value compared to exploring the lakes yourself. You also see very limited sections of the park with such a large group (about 40-50 people.)
Overall, we (and many others who were in our group) were quite underwhelmed with the experience.

Know what to except.
BEAUTIFUL park. You will need rugged shoes for the uneven surfaces. Take water and take food, not time to get for either. Mia and Sonja were very good guides. The pace was fast and I would have liked to stay longer at viewing sites.

Don’t miss this tour of Plitvice Lakes NP
This was an excellent tour coordinated by Mia and Sanja. Combining a transfer with a tour of the most beautiful Plitvice National park was a genius idea.
We left Split early (7am) and stopped on the way at a gas station which was clean and had excellent food and coffee options.
Once we were at Plitvice both Mia and Sanja looked after us and guided us through the park providing great information as well as plenty of stops for photo opportunities. Lunch at the park was not too bad although a little expensive.
The park is amazing and should definitely not be missed!

Good day out but overpriced
Good day out but very expensive for what it is, especially considering lunch and park admission is not included. Also, our booking included a “hassle free hotel pick up and drop off” but pick up and drop off was not actually included. Sonja and Mia were excellent guides though.
