Our experience with the organization of the excursion was quite bad. The boat trip itself was fine, and both the captain and the people who were with us during the tour were pleasant, but the organization and, above all, the treatment received from the agency staff left a lot to be desired. Upon arriving at the meeting point, there were two girls in the back. I approached to say that we had a reservation, and honestly, it seemed like we didn't exist. I had to wait until one of them decided to help me, and she did it very rudely, too. She told us it wasn't time for check-in yet and that we should wait. Five minutes later, curiously, we were able to do it. Afterward, they tried to charge us €70 instead of the €60 we had booked, offering us the premium option. Luckily, I had the WhatsApp conversation where our reservation for €60 clearly appeared. As soon as I showed it to her, her attitude changed completely. The girl was very arrogant and at no point had a minimally professional attitude. Afterward, they walked us to the pier, where they separated us into different groups to board the boats. It was a total mess there again: we didn't know when we could enter or which group corresponded to each boat. When we asked one of the workers, he replied very rudely, asking us if we hadn't already checked in. We told him yes, and quite unpleasantly, he answered us: "Well, go in." The truth is that it had been a very long time since I received treatment like this on a tourist activity. You can have a day with poor organization, but treating customers with such arrogance and such bad manners is completely unnecessary. I left there really angry and with the feeling that, for them, the customer is a nuisance instead of being someone they should serve correctly. It is one thing to have an organizational error and quite another to make the customer feel like they are doing them a favor by serving them. The boat was fine, but on the part of the agency, a terrible experience that I would not repeat and that I certainly would not recommend.
Very nice activity with adolescents, just nice sailing on the sea. Music to go with it.
Wonderful experience, exceptional organization, punctual, and the guide was available for all our questions. Recommended
You don't pay much for it, but afterwards it became clear why. We were really with the maximum capacity of people on the boat, so a lot of lack of space. Close together we left for Sazan and a cave (which was beautiful by the way) and were finally dropped on a beach with a restaurant. We ate and swam there, but then the almost 3 hours we had there was far from over. Meanwhile, the boats were picking up new guests, to take the utmost number of people in a day. So it felt pretty commercial. Rather take the tickets a bit more expensive and fewer people, than this massive event. The high reviews are perhaps explained by the fact that we still got a phone on the water to leave a good review.
Had a lot of fun today with 3fiori the drive was amazing and the guide was super friendly,10/10 reccomend for anyone
We spent best day on vlora in this boat trip
It has been a very good and fun experience.
To do with this company, great welcome, they take us to the port The trip was great, the guides Alex and Joël were super nice, great music for all the nations present on the boat Explanations provided every time They take care of the passengers' well-being We loved our afternoon Thank you Alex and Noel The family of 3 French people
Check-in: The organization at the meeting point was completely inadequate. A staff member tried to call out the names of about 50 people outside and organize them into groups – it was barely audible, and in the end, the attempt was abandoned. We were only finally divided into groups at the harbor. Safety: Due to high waves, life jackets had to be worn, which was even checked by the police at the pier – so far, so good. Unfortunately, the boat operators themselves had noticeably little experience in handling the waves and simply drove through them at full throttle. The boat was flooded with liters of water, and at times the water was almost knee-deep. People were completely soaked within a minute; that's not so bad, but looking into a steam cleaner and being continuously flooded with water is only funny for the first 5 minutes, then the fun eventually stops. In my view, it is grossly negligent to go out at all under these conditions. Stops: Of the three stops, the cave was clearly the highlight – even the drivers seemed visibly impressed here by the intense crossing, making faces and telling each other stories in the tone of: WTF was that!. The first stop (pebble beach), on the other hand, was not worth seeing and was overcrowded. Return: The biggest point of criticism: After the agreed 2-hour waiting time, several other groups were picked up, but ours was not. We waited for another 1.5 hours without any information until finally another (significantly more experienced) boat took us. Instead of the departure port, however, we were taken to a non-tourist port about 20 km away, where we had to wait another 30–45 minutes for a shuttle. There was no explanation for the delay or the diversion – presumably our original boat was sent back by the coast guard because of the swell. Drink upgrade: I had booked the drink package for a 5€ surcharge – in the end, however, the drinks were distributed to all passengers, regardless of whether they had booked it or not. So no added value for the paid upgrade. Conclusion: Overall a disaster – poor organization, inexperienced staff at sea, no communication during problems, and a useless paid upgrade. I cannot recommend it.
Cool way to see the natural beauty of this area of Albania. The company is a mess. We arrived at 9:00, full check in process, walk to the boat, we didn’t take off until 10:16 between separating in groups and finding boats. They PACKED people on this boat. It was ridiculous. It looks nothing like the photos. People should not be on the back of the boat, we were SOAKED. I’m talking dripping when we got off. We could not catch our breath the water was dumping on us relentlessly. Our items were ruined. It was also unorganized with who bought a drink, who got snorkeling etc.
