Took way too long to get out- they used our time we paid for to try to get more people to fill the boat- It was at first us and another sweet couple, Then they took us off that boat and crammed us in a large group that brought a whole bottle of liquor plus beer.. they allowed the group to get wasted, they were not even really snorkeling, they allowed them to hook their music to the speaker, they were completely obnoxious. The guides even took our boat by a nude beach and right up next to a boat with naked women, which was so unprofessional. They should have paid to have a private snorkel if they were going out to just party not care about snorkeling. ALSO the guides had NO water, said you had to bring your own. We love to book a couple snorkeling excursions and we will not be booking with them ever again.
Sebastian and Javi were great!! They were very informative, fun, and took us to beautiful underwater views! An amazing experience I’ll never forget!!
So fun! We went snorkeling with Guillermo and had a great time seeing lots of fish. An excellent activity for the afternoon. All of the guides were fantastic (Sebastian, Ivan, Claire y El Capitan) gracias!

The staff from the office to the water were amazing!! We went as a family (age range 6 year old to 70 year old) group of 10 with varying degrees of experience. A few were certified divers, a few first timers and 3 of us snorkeled, including a 6 yo snorkeler. The staff accommodated all of our levels, the views and fish were amazing and we all had a great day, highly recommend! We also hired a photographer, Lucia, who was great-

It was great! The crew was so friendly and helpful. We had the best time snorkeling around the statues and spotting fish. I enjoyed snorkeling the reef the best because there was so many varieties of beautiful coloured fish. Hernando was especially helpful to my husband who found it difficult getting on and off the boat. (We are in our sixties). It was a brilliant day and a great atmosphere on the boat with everyone chatting to eachother. I would definitely recommend it 100% Thank you all

Really friendly, knowledgeable staff. Lots of time to snorkel. Shared boat with Scuba divers (in our case), all good! Appreciate how easy and straightforward this experience was, and that we got to see so many cool things in the water at MUSA!

Five snorkels headed out with a very professional guide to both MUSA and the reef. David kept us together and safe in relatively choppy waters. He pointed out two sting rays! We also saw a sea turtle as well as many beautiful fish and amazing reefs. Captain Wilbert and the rest of the crew made for a wonderful day! Highly recommended!

Trip was very unorganized. No effort by guide or office to explain change of itinerary. Company combined passengers that paid for different packages on same small boat. We only were allowed to snorkel small portion of MUSA, while other passengers waited on boat. Stranded over 1 hour (until other passengers ready) in tourist zone beach area with vendors that was not part of our tour. Wasted a lot of time with minimal enjoyment at best.
All five of our kids did the "try scuba for the first time" they all loved it! They were very good with the kids, and I never felt like the kids were in any danger with them. Special thanks to Danny and Savanna. Had a great time and would book with them again. Justin
