Was a nice experience, the snorkeling was a bit disappointing, but the last viewpoint made everything okay! Fine luchie.

Was a nice trip, on arrival a small breakfast and afternoon a fine luchje. Nice tour guides. If your sea is sick it is not recommended because of the high waves on the way, the viewpoint is a 500 meter climb that is quite challenging on Slippers. The viewpoint where you can see all the islands is really something on not to mention! It was pretty busy everywhere but definitely worth it!

Great day out.

This was a fun day out. Great if you want to be active. Saw some lovely fish snorkling and the views were very pretty. Our tour guides were really diligent, the waves were a bit rough but we felt very secure.

Absolute must when being nearby!

The trip was really great! The organizer was very clear in their planning. The boat crew and guide were super friendly! Water and soft drinks were offered throughout. The different stops always provided different opportunities to pass the time. The food was fine, more or less what we expected, but it still filled us up. The last hike is the highlight of the trip, a pretty strenuous climb up lots of stairs, but totally worth it for the view at the end.

Money worth

With quiet weather it is a pleasure to sail speedboat and snorkle The description said 2 snorkel stops but we only had 1 - a bit unfortunate The trip to the highest point of view becomes hard at the end but is worth the effort - wow

Nice and warm vibes of the team. Food mkay but did the work. Sea sickers- better to take a pill against nausea before. Amazing views Not super hard walks to the viewpoints but bring water. Absolutely recommended!

I highly recommend

I booked this experience because it seemed quite complete. And in fact it is. The business is very nice. The only flaw, perhaps, is that the weather is a bit narrow. Kayaking needed 10 minutes more to enjoy it serenely. Overall everything was handled well, the staff is friendly and the buffet was really very good. In fact, the best of all the excursions made during the trip. I highly recommend booking this excursion from them. You won't regret it.

It was a very complete tour....

It was a very complete tour. We snorkeled, kayaked and climbed two viewpoints. The national park is super nice and our guide was a charm. The only catch is that in the activity information it says that between 15:30h and 16h you reach the port of koh Phangan and it is not true, usually arrives between 16:30 and 17h. In our case it was a problem because we had already bought a ferry ticket to return to Koh Tao at 16:45h (it is the last one leaving between the two Islands). We were lucky enough that the guide, who was very nice, asked a colleague from another tour (who came back earlier) if he could take us to the port and so we could get to the ferry (although the last stop in the national park had to be shorter).

Mixed opinion because the snorkeling sequence is given for 1 hour, it lasted 40 minutes....ras for the rest

Timing is not entirely respected on the planned programming. Breakfast and lunch are fine. Snorkelling is given for 1 hour, it was actually 40 minutes. Too many e-mails up front. Beyond the confirmation I received 8 emails the day before.....Ras for the rest.

Operator response

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you were satisfied with the breakfast and lunch. We apologize for the timing not fully matching the program and for the extra emails, we’ll review our communication process to avoid overwhelming our guests. Your comments help us improve, and we appreciate you taking the time to share them.

Not a client oriented operator

Our experience with this tour operator was disappointing. We booked a boat tour from Ko Phangan for March 9, but severe weather (strong winds, rain, and thunderstorms) made it unsafe to travel by motorbike to the meeting point. We messaged the operator early in the morning to explain the situation and ask about alternatives. However, they only sent generic, template replies and completely ignored our questions, offering no solutions or meaningful assistance. Their lack of effort and customer care was frustrating, especially in a situation where safety should be a priority.

Operator response

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Safety is always our top priority, and we understand how frustrating it can be when weather conditions affect travel plans. Our team aims to assist all guests as efficiently as possible during high-volume situations, but we regret that our response did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback and will work on improving our communication to better support our guests in similar situations.
