This was a great wine tour. Riccardo was very knowledgeable. He took us to a beautiful family run vineyard. The wine was excellent. The family was very welcoming. It was obvious that they really cared about the quality of wine produced. A perfect half day experience!
Amazing wine tour, very intimate/small group. The wines were delicious and reasonably priced! Our tour guide was very responsive and provided an amazing experience. Food was delicious as well, gave us an authentic experience.
We had an amazing tour with Riccardo! We loved seeing the beautiful Prosecco Hills and visiting the boutique winery! The prosecco & food were absolutely delicious and we learned so much about the vineyards & prosecco! Would highly recommend this tour! Thank you!!
There was 6 of us travelling, including a 2 year old toddler and Riccardo picked us up in a minibus with a child seat. He was very knowledgeable. Beautiful scenic drive to the vineyard with a photo stop (worth stopping!) and then Laura at the DOCG region did a fantastic job making us feel welcome and teaching us about Prosecco with such passion. They were accommodating to our baby with a high chair and the food was more of a grazing board but delicious! They provided plenty of extra breadsticks and the Prosecco was amazing! They took photos for us and were very friendly. Thank you.
There are not enough words to describe what an amazing tour this was! My girlfriends and I booked this on a whim and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire experience. The 3 of us have been on countless winery tours but this one by far was the best and where we learned the most. A large part of what we learned not only came from the winery, but also Riccardo who plays a large role in the tour/tasting. He is full of surprises and a vast knowledge of Prosecco country. We can’t wait to do this tour again and we are adding his Amarone tour to our list. Not only was the Prosecco amazing but the whole experience from start to finish was bravissimo!! Grazie Riccardo…we can’t wait for our next tour!! Kristina. Amy & Tracy
My sister and I agree this was the highlight of our trip! Every aspect of the tour was well planned by our expert guide -Riccardo Rossano-took special care in explaining the area, giving his own personal connections and interesting life journey, and took us to the most amazing winery - Pietrovecchio, where Laura was an amazing host. The timing of the trip worked out perfectly for our day in Venice. The scenery along the drive was wonderful, and the drive was just the right amount of time- I can't say enough great things about this whole experience, and look forward to another journey in the same place in the future.
Great day out. We had a total of 4 on our tour. Was a perfect experience and was the perfect duration
We had a great time! Riccardo was a great guide and the experience at the winery was lots of fun and very interesting.
Selecting a tour while on holiday can feel overwhelming given the sheer number of options—so I won’t gatekeep this one. When planning our time in Venice, Riccardo ended up being the only tour operator available on a Sunday, which was invaluable given our limited schedule. Even better, he was incredibly responsive via TripAdvisor messaging and WhatsApp, quickly accommodating my request to be waitlisted for a morning tour. Meeting up was a bit tricky at first—the designated spot was in a very busy section of the bus station and not immediately obvious among the larger tour buses. That said, a quick WhatsApp call sorted everything out, and we connected without any further issues. A nice bonus: we, along with another twosome, were the first guests to ride in Riccardo’s brand-new 6-seater vehicle. It made for a very comfortable one-hour journey into the Prosecco Hills. The scenery alone made the experience worthwhile. The vineyard-covered hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene—part of a UNESCO-listed region—are absolutely stunning. We stopped at a hilltop viewpoint to take photos and simply take it all in, which was a real highlight. The tasting at Pietrovecchio Vineyard with Laura, the young owner, was another standout moment. She was passionate, engaging, and clearly proud of their DOCG heritage. The Prosecco itself was excellent, and the thoughtfully paired local cheeses and cured meats elevated the experience without making it feel overly indulgent. Overall, This tour struck the perfect balance between enjoyment, relaxation, and education—thanks to Riccardo’s sommelier expertise and Laura’s lifelong dedication to her craft. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the Venice area—it’s a beautiful and refreshing escape from the city, offering a deeper appreciation of the region beyond its canals.
Might be the best tour and tour guide I’ve ever had. And the winery and winery owner was fantastic!! Ricardo, our guide was an absolute pleasure and the nicest and most knowledgeable guide you can imagine. Can’t say enough about this trip. 10/10.
