Likewise, to facilitate the drop off on return, customers are required to respect the schedule of the program and communicated by the staff on board. 5. With our free shuttle we assign a time limit for each activity we have to perform. If due to force majeure, road interruption, or to any reason that prevents us from reaching the pick-up location, and we consume our time limit, we must necessarily change, cancel, postpone or permanently cancel the activity. For tickets purchased, only if possible, we will postpone or cancel them. Wonderful tour to Vesuvio with possibility of ascent and then Pompeii with guided tour (English). Well organized with different pick-up points. Good tips from the driver about the surroundings, culture and products of the region. Anytime again, very good Price quality ratio.

Please be careful when picking your tour operator/guide. Prior to arriving on holiday, back in the UK, our tour guide messaged us about the trip. This included collection times, how the day was going to pan out etc. We agreed that he would collect us from our hotel, only to find through WhatsApp messages that we were being collected from their offices about 500 m from the hotel. The tour company turned up three quarters of an hour after our agreed time and then promptly drove to our hotel to collect another couple. Pompeii was interesting. The guide that took us around was very good. Back to the tour operator again. The next part of the trip stated that we would stop for a short break to have some snacks and then continue up to Mt Vesuvius. However, because of the delay first thing in the morning this did not happen, much to the annoyance of another couple in our party who had not brought anything with them. Mt Vesuvius was amazing. Shame about the cloud cover. On the way back down we stopped at a roadside building, which was a mate if the tour guide, to taste some small pieces of chocolate etc and taste some alcoholic drinks. Didn't see that one coming.
it's really embarrassing to respond to your review: you ran away and didn't pay us, you come here and write all these things, but tell the truth, YOU DID NOT PAY THE ENTRANCE FEES TO THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL PARK OF POMPEII, and instead of healing your position you use the review as a weapon... be honest, pay, then complain!
Wonderful day spent among the Pompeii ruins and the beautiful Vesuvius that gave us a breathtaking view. Organization really attentive to customer needs. To be redone again tomorrow!

My husband and I did this tour and had a wonderful day. We were picked up from our airbnb location and was then driven to Pompeii with another couple who were in the van. We were met by our tour guide at 9:30am who gave us a wonderful tour of Pompeii. We then met up with our driver again at 1:00pm and headed off to Mount Vesuvius. There was an additional male on the bus who lead us on a walk to near the top of Mount Vesuvius where we met with a tour guide who explained the history of the volcano which was very interesting and then we walked the remaining distance to the top of Mount Vesuvius. The views are stunning. We then walked back down to meet up with our driver at 3:30pm who took us back to our accommodations. Great day for a great cost.

Mis representation of what i was purchasing. Tour company said they dont pick up from where we were staying and that we would have to get the train to naples to meet the bus and then we would have to pay entrance fees into pompeii. This was not feasible for us due to where we were stopping, and even though the payment was still pending on my credit card, you wouldn't cancel, even though you advertise that cancel up to 24 hours before. I will never use you again or recommend you.
First time in Campania and we relied on this agency. We went on a couple of trips with them and had a good time. Staff at both the agency and the transport were very kind, helpful and friendly
It wasn't clear on booking that company operated from Naples so in total this tour cost me over €550 in total from Rome. Pompeii guide was very good. No guide for Vesuvius, disappointing, as it was promised. Driver had no English at all which made communication difficult. Overall, good tour, disappointing tour operator.
It actually only gets one point because the pick-up at the hotel went smoothly. We had also booked the entrance tickets for Pompeii in advance, as it was advertised that this meant we wouldn't have to wait in the long line at the entrance. We had booked a tour in German. When we arrived in Pompeii, we had to wait for the next tour. It turned out that this was only available in English and Italian. So I called the person in charge. He told us to go back to the original location and he would call. German audios weren't available until the afternoon. So English. Waiting again for the next tour. After some people hadn't booked tickets in advance, we had to wait again until they had their tickets. (Booking in advance costs more than on site) So we didn't start until 11 a.m., the tour lasts 2 hours and you aren't led to the exit so you can spend time on your own. However, we were supposed to be back on the bus by 1 p.m. After a few minutes, my friend's audio also stopped working. Luckily for us, our guide was very friendly and helpful, so she always tried to keep my friend close to her so she could hear something. Originally, time for eating was planned between 12 and 1 p.m. The tour ended at 1:10 p.m. So we rushed to the agreed pick-up point. We arrived there at 1:50 p.m., hadn't eaten anything and didn't even have time to go to the toilet, so we had to carry on straight away. As everything had already been delayed by an hour in the morning, we rushed up to Vesuvius. There was a very nice, competent and German-speaking guide there, but he only had 5 minutes to explain a little to us, as we had to run back to the bus very quickly. So we didn't see or hear much of Vesuvius. I was most looking forward to this day of our trip and was extremely disappointed. Conclusion: more than 110 euros per person, but the trip was more like an escape and we didn't get what we paid for! NEVER AGAIN!!!
The experience has been normal throwing regular, touring nothing, they take you and bring you, that's what they do, includes the tickets you have paid for. In a vintage van (rather old) without air conditioning. The appetizers are in a shop down Vesuvius (3.30pm) without eating, try a few pieces of chocolate and two shots of limoncello to buy something there. At 17:00 in the afternoon returned to the hotel from 9:00 without having eaten. The two excursions we have done with them the same, scary and drop you off and pick you up, guided tour nothing.
