• Children & Car Seats: Every child must have their own seat; lap children are not permitted. Children under 6 years old who are less than 57 inches tall are required to use an appropriate child restraint. Children under 2 years old must use a rear-facing child restraint.
• Please Note: Wait times may occasionally occur due to weather, traffic, attraction operations, or passenger volume.
• Luggage: Large bags and luggage are not permitted due to security restrictions at Hoover Dam. Backpacks and large bags must remain on the vehicle while visiting Grand Canyon West.
• Hotel Pickup: Hotel pickup is available from select Las Vegas hotels. Depending on the property, pickup may be redirected to a nearby hotel or designated meeting point. Exact pickup details will be provided after booking.
• Pickup Location: Please select your preferred pickup hotel when booking. If you need to change your pickup location, please contact us at least 3 days before the tour. Failure to provide a valid pickup location before departure may result in a missed tour and is non-refundable.
• Skywalk: If you select the Skywalk option, mobile phones are permitted, but bags, cameras, and other personal items must be stored in the complimentary lockers.
• Accessibility: Our tour vehicle does not have a wheelchair lift or ramp, but foldable wheelchairs can be accommodated if space allows. Grand Canyon West is wheelchair accessible and provides accessible shuttle transportation. Please contact us in advance if you are traveling with a wheelchair so we can confirm storage and help you plan your visit.
• F1 Season Pickup Changes: During the annual F1 event period in November, pickup from The Venetian Resort, Bellagio, and Horseshoe Las Vegas may be unavailable. Please select an alternative pickup location when booking.
• Zipline: Zipline access is included as a complimentary bonus with the option. Participation is optional. Zipline wait times may reduce the time available for other attractions. Unused Zipline access is non-refundable.

Wouldn’t recommend

Spent the day bouncing around on a bench seat with little leg room in the third row of a Honda odyssey while the other guests rode in captains chairs in front of us. Keep in mind you are in the car nearly six hours. Other guests made requests for additional stops, during one of which we were left waiting in the rain in a parking lot for the tour to come back and get us. Others also face timed in the car for an extensive period of time making the tour guide difficult to hear in the back. Itinerary shows two stops related to Hoover dam, one at Pat Tillman bridge and one on Hoover dam where you walk across the top of the dam, this latter stop was skipped seemingly causing some confusion among some guests.
