You’ll be picked up from your hotel in Punta Cana/Cap Cana/Bavaro (morning or noon) and taken to the our ATV base.
The group will receive a short safety briefing (10 min), then start the our ATV adventure through jungle and wild beaches.

Bad communication
When it was time to go we were told to meet outside the security gates of hotel, extra 8 dollars going and coming was not told any of that information upfront, after a text chain with owners going back a forth we decided we just were not comfortable going after that and fort fitted are $125.00

We request the removal of this review as it does not concern our services and violates Viator's review policy.
The customer never attended our tour and never used our services. His negative review is based entirely on a bad experience with a different, unrelated tour company the day before, and on the hotel's own internal transfer policy.
The customer stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel, which requires third-party tour operators (as opposed to tours sold by the hotel itself) to pick up guests from a designated point at the main entrance, not from the lobby, and charges guests $8 for this internal transfer. This is the hotel's own policy, entirely outside our control.
24 hours before the tour, we sent pickup details as required. That night, the customer complained referencing his experience with the other company, not ours. The next morning, we resolved every concern: we confirmed we would reimburse the $8 fee and that the return transfer would drop him directly at the lobby.
Several hours later, the customer informed us he no longer wanted to go and preferred to stay at the hotel his own decision, made after we had already resolved all his concerns and after the 24-hour cancellation window had passed.
This review is factually inaccurate and unfairly damages our reputation for an experience that was not ours. We have full screenshots of the correspondence and are ready to provide them immediately upon request.
We ask that Viator investigate and remove this review promptly.

Exciting!!!
Absolutely amazing ATV experience! The entire ride was so much fun from start to finish and easily one of the highlights of our trip. The instructors and guides were great, super friendly, helpful, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe while still keeping the experience exciting. The trails were a blast, the scenery was beautiful, and the whole experience was well organized. We had an incredible time and would 100% recommend this ATV tour to anyone visiting. Definitely something I would do again!

Had an amazing time with an amazing route. There was about 12 of us riding and 3 tour guides who spoke pretty good English. We got to see the beaches and the jungle side and also the country side how they really live. We also got to try some Dominican coffee and real coconuts. It was a 10/10 experience and I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful trip!
This was one of the best ATV tours I have ever been on . We went to a local home , but because the beach had a lot of seaweed we opted to skip the beach and ride around a little more on the ATV. So much fun !!!! Very kind and I love the fact they didn’t force you to buy anything .

We had an amazing time!...
We had an amazing time! Definitely bring sunglasses or goggles & a bandana- if you don't remember to bring them, you can buy them at the meeting spot. The small group vibe was 1000% worth it and the couple who runs the company are AMAZING! Even for someone who had never riden ATVs, this was such a fan activity and I would recommend it to anyone visiting looking for a half day excursion. The coconuts & Dominican coffee were so fresh and delicious.

We rate 365 FlaminGO UTV 5 stars without hesitation! I’ve honestly never seen so many positive reviews for a tour, and I remember thinking, “There’s no way it could really be that good.” Well… it was!
The machines were newer and everything was in perfect working order—far better than other ATV/UTV trips we’ve experienced in the past. The crew was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Our ride was about 18 miles and lasted around 4 hours, which was the perfect amount of time. It never felt rushed, but we also didn’t feel like we were out there forever.
The trail was smooth, beautiful, and ran along the ocean for much of the ride. We got to see parts of the island that you simply wouldn’t experience on a typical tourist excursion. One of our favorite stops was visiting the family selling coconuts. They were so friendly and gave us a glimpse into how they live—it was a really special part of the experience.
Everything about this tour was done right: the equipment, the guides, the scenery, the pace, and the overall experience.
I wish every tour company operated this well. If you’re considering booking this tour, stop thinking about it and just book it. You will NOT be disappointed! 🌴🏝️🏁

Loved it
Pick up and drop off driver was a negative experience as he was on his phone and blasting inappropriate music. Once we arrived it was fantastic but prepared to get muddy !! We throughly enjoyed ourselves just a shame about the driver on his phone .
