Agree with so many of the reviews on here: Alex is incredible as a guide, we saw so much wildlife and was a great hour of our day! Low crowds on the day we were there, and we stopped in spontaneously mid-day without a reservation. All the staff were friendly, and they have a great lobby area with bathrooms and drinks/ gifts.

Great experience with the guide Daniel. He knows several words in French; otherwise, his English is excellent. He showed us several wonders, such as well-camouflaged sloths, frogs, toucans, and lizards. It was super interesting. The guide was truly knowledgeable and friendly. Our guide, Wilton, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I don't know how he found everything: poison dart frogs, viper, lizards, toucan, and 3 sloths. This place is legitimate not a tourist trap. Highly recommend.
