Amazing experience!! Everything was well organized. Lots to see and experience. Would definitely recommend
Wonderful place to visit for bird and plant lovers! We got to feed the flamingos, the older ones are gentle, the babies are wild!😂 We visited the butterfly conservatory but in my opinion we saw more outside in nature. We learnt alot on the tram to get the conservatory however, leant alot on many different plants and trees. Also there peacocks that roam freely, they were beautiful!
Very shaded so it wasn’t that hot. A lot of animals roaming which offered a unique experience. Throughout the sanctuary, there are places you may enter with AC. The tram ride was very informative. Our guide Carol was knowledgeable and entertaining. Overall, great value and experience.
We had fun! A bit wet due to the unpredictable weather but a great visit for the family! Would love to go again if we make it back down there
You get really close to the birds. Also, otter feeding time is between 12–145, if you are lucky enough to be there, it’s super fun to see the otters. They also have a snake show and tell, I think it’s at 130 and 330. It is a super fun place and I highly recommend.
Beautiful grounds with plenty of places to rest as you explore. Knowledgeable tram guide shared facts and figures that brought the history alive for us.
It was different but beautiful you go on a tram for a tour the flamingos are walking freely around you they have 2 baby black bears exhibit along with a lot of other sights to see
Make sure you take the tram. Lots of good information and the tour guide was absolutely amazing. She deserves a raise
It is a very charming place! The plants and trees are gorgeous in addition to the interesting birds and other animals. There is a tram that takes you around the park every half hour which we went on 4 times! Each driver/narrator had something else to say! They also had a butterfly area that was lovely.
OUTSTANDING! the facilities, staff, wildlife and exhibits were superb. 4 hours was not enough time to see everything! This place would be a great adventure for families, Scout groups, school classes of all ages, couples and singles. So glad we discovered this gem on Viator. It was well worth the cost - especially since admission fees go towards rehabilitating the wildlife on site.
