I did the tour with Raffa... Amazing guide, explained us through everything, gave us various miscellaneous and interesting details about the Empress's life, and was very enjoyable in general. The museum was very nice. Only complaint I have was that many rooms were covered by the exhibition's covering, not allowing at times to see the rooms in their full splendour. But it was amazing nonetheless.
We visited the Sisi Museum and the Imperial Apartments with Ivan (Ivo to his friends). Ivo was excellent and despite the congestion of a sold-out day, he knew how to lead us through the rooms of the palace and recount facts and misdeeds with great professionalism, friendliness, and empathy. Highly recommended! Thank you Ivo!
The visit was very informative.
Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire ! Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez trouvé la visite instructive et espérons vous accueillir à nouveau à Vienne.
The guided tour was informative about Sisi's life at the palace. What a surprise it was to learn that the empress was on anxiolytics her whole life. A shock!!
Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire ! Nous sommes ravis que la visite vous ait permis d’en apprendre davantage sur la vie fascinante de l’impératrice Sissi et son histoire au palais. Merci d’avoir partagé votre expérience !
The visit was interesting, but be careful, the tickets have an entry time that must be respected. No explanation at the ticket counter on this point and we ended up with tickets valid only four hours later.
Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you found the visit interesting. We're sorry for the confusion regarding the timed-entry tickets. The entry time is set by the attraction and must be respected. We appreciate your comments and hope to welcome you again on a future visit to Vienna.
Excellent, knowledgeable, and professional guide

Great guide and amazing tour. Well organized and fun. Si Si museum has narrow hallways, hopefully more space will be allowed in the future. Our guide took extra time to position or group in most efficient way. Thanks!
Thank you for your kind words! We're so glad you enjoyed the tour and appreciated our guide's efforts to make the experience as comfortable as possible. We hope to welcome you back to Vienna again!
Tickets reserved directly on the site. Time slots to be respected. I didn't really understand why because clearly there were many of us, or even too many, for the visit. In the middle of a heatwave, we were really hot despite the few Dyson fans. The museum is located right in the historic center of Vienna and the building is splendid. Since we visited it after Schönbrunn Palace, we didn't learn anything.. In my opinion, doing both adds nothing. If I had to do it again, I would do the palace and the museum exterior.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the beauty of the Hofburg and its historic setting. We understand your comments regarding the heat and your comparison with Schönbrunn Palace, and we appreciate your perspective. Your feedback is valuable and will help us continue improving the experience for our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in Vienna.
Not worth money. Sissi museum not really splashy. Horses not seen. Many details by guide but who vd world is already knew that. E.g. food Kaiser Mahre knows everyone. Guide Diane also said cafe at Dom was worth it but was closed. Gee the gardens...are not gardens...Schönenbrunn those are gardens.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments and will share them with our team as we continuously work to improve our tours. We hope you'll give us another opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.
Excellent guide for this tour. She is an archeologist and provided informative history and detail with fun commentary. The museum can be crowded due to narrow passages but she navigated all of it well, and kept us prepared! Thank you!
Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the tour and appreciated your guide's knowledge, engaging commentary and expertise. We're also glad she made navigating the busy museum a smooth experience. We hope to welcome you back to Vienna again soon!
