Itinerary
Transfer from port to Det Grå Fyr (10 min) Visit Denmark’s northernmost lighthouse, surrounded by stunning coastal landscapes and offering spectacular views of the sea and the surrounding nature. Climbing to the top of the lighthouse is not included in the tour due to the large number of steps. However, guests who wish to enjoy the panoramic views from the top may purchase an entrance ticket on-site and visit the lighthouse independently.
Transfer from Det Grå Fyr to Grenen (5 min) Few places in the world let you stand at the meeting point of two seas: the North Sea and the Baltic. The Sandormen tractor brings you comfortably to the tip, so you can enjoy the view without long walking. It’s a once in a lifetime natural spectacle.
Transfer from Grenen to Den Tilsandede Kirke (15 minutes) The Sand-Covered Church, partially buried by drifting dunes, is a striking symbol of Skagen’s shifting landscape. Visitors will see the exposed tower and learn how sand forced its abandonment in the 18th century. The surrounding area offers a unique, atmospheric glimpse into nature’s impact on human settlement.
Transfer from Den Tilsandede Kirke to Skagen Old Town (10 min) Take a stroll through Skagen’s historic center, famous for its golden-yellow houses, maritime charm, small shops and the old church. It’s culture, history, and beauty combined, easy to enjoy at your own pace. Transfer from Skagen Old Town back to port (5 min)

Great and interesting tour. We loved the small group, only 15 of us! The pickup from the port was easy and the tour guide spoke good English even though it was her third language. We highly recommend!
Booked a private tour for $994.80. Got to the shore with 21 other people on our tour. Everyone else having paid significantly less. There was no confusion. On our part for the company Top guide PRIVATE tours. Pedro the organizer said get on the bus or not and I’ll deal with it later. Rude. Wouldn’t get on the phone. We asked for a refund. Wouldnt discuss. We did not board and are presently taking a taxi with no tour for a lot less. This company is a scam and Pedro is rude, unavailable and living in Spain )as per the guide) NEVER ISE THIS COMPANY
This is a great tour if you have limited time in Skagen! Anita was a Super Fantastic Guide and ensured everyone was well cared for! She provided excellent information and allowed ample time to visit the sites outlined in the itinerary. Using a guide provided that additional information you may not get on your own.
Favorite tour of our vacation with an excellent guide who gave just the right amount of information with overwhelming us
Great tour and guide. Bring rain coat or umbrella just in case. Went to several locates, church tour, two lighthouses, where two seas meet, an quaint Skagen.
Interesting and engaging tour covering the town and some of the key places of interest in a relaxed and gentle manner. Claus (Santa to his friends) was engaging, interesting and shared useful and historical info along with personal stories to bring a more natural and human style to his commentary. At times though he did sound a little nervous. Visits to the lighthouse, Gregen tip and the buried church all involved short walks and Claus made sure the group kept together and organised as well to board the Sandormen tractor.
Very lovely tour with pleasant guide. The scenic drive was beautiful, and the beach area where the seas meet was spectacular.
It’s interesting, the guide is very knowledgeable about the area and willing to answer questions. A bit pricey.
The tour covers many interesting sites in Skagen. The van was comfortable and the guide was very knowledgeable about the area. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an overview tour of Skagen.
Great overview of the area. Standing in the Baltic sea and North sea point was amazing. Great guides!
