The driver, Ismail came on time and was very caring and helpful. The had good AC. The guide Bilal was good. Explained well. Paced and adjusted based on our on our requests. He tool lots of pics. Negotiated with Camel owners. Bilal was prepared with all the tickets. Both were very helpful and made our trip enjoyable!

Osama was a great guide. He knew so much about the history of Egypt and took us to every site we wanted to see. He was patient and accommodating! Essam was a great driver. He made getting around the busy streets of Cario so much easier for us’
When we bought the tickets for the day tour, we received a booking confirmation that listed all the entrance fees as included. One day before the tour, I went to tripadvisor to confirm the details and the tour description was changed, all the fees that were listed as included were changed to the excluded list, and I did not received any information regarding that change. I contacted the agency to confirm that we would get the service that we brought, and the agent said that there was an error and they corrected and that we would need to pay extra. I replied that, politely saying that as a consumer I should have been informed about the change in time to make a decision or receive the service as bought. The agent then started being rude, as if I should've know that the price we paid wasn't fair, but how could I know, since i never been in Egypt before. And then, without any further discussion, he/she said that the tour was cancelled and that I should contact viator about the refund. An important detail, the tour was cancelled less than 24hrs from the tour date. 2 days before our flight back home. We were willing to pay the fees if the price was acceptable, but emo tour not even offer that, they just cancelled. To summarize, I needed to find a new tour at 9pm, we paid 5 times the price, and had a horrible experience. The only bright side of this experience, was talking with viator agent Kyle, he solved the refund problem in less than 5 min. Maybe he should give some tips on how to treat a customer to emo tours agents.
We had an amazing day out. Our guide Yousef was brilliant, full of knowledge, very helpful and patient. The driver was professional and we felt safe and relaxed the whole time. Thank you both again for amazing day around Cairo.
Tour guide was ok, we didnt go to Bazaar as tired of people asking money, we went to Mohammed Ali mosque which is not good, its dirty and not being maintained. look very nice from outside west of money. Museum trip was good, tour guide went with us and explain many important stuff so must recommend to go with tour guide otherwise not good. Museum and not very well maintained very dusty and not too much information on display that's why tour guide is important to explain.

We booked this trip the night before after we had to cancel another tour. I am so glad we did because this tour was fantastic. Our guide Mohammed was extremely knowledgeable and also knew the best photo spots (and he was a great photographer). He made our trip easy and fun. I would recommend this tour to anybody looking for tours in Cairo. Another plus, since we had extra time he took us to a great restaurant that we would have never found by ourselves.
