Frank, our tour guide is excellent. He is culturally knowledgeable, logistically thorough, attentive, kind, patient, and with a very rare talent of speaking fluent English, Japanese and Chinese. The bus is in premium condition, comfortable, super clean, and the driver was a pro! Within one day, we covered a lot of nice photogenic spots without being rushed. I really enjoyed this trip. The cost performance ratio of this tour was very high. The time saving coupled with the convenience factor was great. The value of having a professional guide with multilingual capacity was enormous. So, these are the factors lead me to return to this tour operator for my future excursion.
We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the tour, our comfortable bus, and Frank's multilingual guidance. Your kind words mean a lot to us, and we look forward to welcoming you on another adventure soon!
Worth a day trip, but the tour guide doesn't provide much. You don't get enough time in Takayama, but Shirakawago was great scenery, culture, and architecture. . In all, a lot of driving, but maybe not the payoff I was hoping for since my time is limited.
