This is a one-way airport transfer from/to Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport (SZX). Please provide your Pickup and Dropoff address in advance! This transfer service is only available for properties in the Shenzhen City Center. We may contact you regarding additional charges if the pick-up location is outside our service area. Please provide your contact phone number or WhatsApp account when confirming the booking. We will contact you to confirm the pick-up details in advance. And we will arrange the driver one day in advance. We provide 7*24 customer service, Please feel free to contact us by email, WhatsApp, or phone. For waiting time exceeding 30 minutes (for airport departure), a fee of 5 USD per hour will be charged For waiting time exceeding 60 minutes (for airport arrivals), a fee of 5 USD per hour will be charged Maximum one piece of luggage per person. The luggage size limitation is 24 inches. Oversized or extra luggage must be communicated in advance. We will arrange different vehicle types according to the number of passengers.

Terrible service; apart from what was paid, they want an extra payment. My flight was delayed, and the person in charge of the services told me that he would go to sleep and that I should be aware when they called my name, while I am in a city where I do not know the language.
