Lovely

Having lived in Cape Town years, we often came for the day or more. This time we were turned back and had to use a tour organiser for the day. Very expensive. Not sure to do it again. Park as always superb, welcome efficient and friendly, driver very professionnal. So sorry you changed the rules, but we have so many lovely parks we can enjoy for the day, sadly, we as said above, will probable not return.

Operator response

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We completely understand your frustration regarding the recent changes to access rules, and we’re sorry that it affected your experience. We’re glad to hear that you still enjoyed the park itself, found the welcome friendly, and appreciated the professionalism of our driver. We understand that the cost was higher than expected and that this may influence your decision about returning. Your comments are very valuable, and we’ll take them into account as we continue to work on providing a positive experience for all guests. We truly appreciate your past visits and hope that, despite the changes, you continue to enjoy the beautiful parks in the region.
