This was so fun. We could not do the boat out to see the glaciers bc some of us get really sick so this was an excellent option. We took the day trip to see the dogs, the glacier, A tour of Seward and lunch it was all awesome! Daryl was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable about all the areas.
A small business with big ideas. The included drone video added a nice touch. Drivers were knowledgeable of the expansive area.
We had a great tour with Daryl. He was very knowledgeable about the area and provided personal experiences. The sled dog ride was amazing. All the staff were great. It was wonderful to hear the history and successes of the family. Stop for lunch at SeaSalt, great food and service. Hiked to exit glacier. And as advertised we were at the train on time.
We had a fantastic day visiting a dog sledding kennel and riding on a dog sled. We enjoyed petting the puppies and learning about dogs who pull the sleds. We also went to a restaurant and had a delicious lunch. We enjoyed our walk at Exit Glacier. We ended the day by seeing salmon jumping at a man made waterfall. The guides were wonderful!
This tour flew by! The dog sledding experience was awesome, the trip to the fish hatchery very interesting, together with a nice hike at Exit Glacier. Included a nice lunch at Seasalt bar and grill. Kristalina was the best!!
Even though we'd been to Seward several times, we had never done anything like this tour! Highlights - a sled dog ride and puppy snuggle with much information about the dogs and the Iditarod; time to hike to a glacier overlook; salmon running; and a man-made waterfall. A good lunch is included.
Great variety of activities. We enjoyed the driver and the many things we were able to see, highly recommend.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip with Daryl, our tour guide and driver. Spending time at the dog sled facility (playing with puppies and going on a musher ride), taking a tour of downtown Seward and having a delicious lunch at a restaurant, and hiking up to Exit Glacier in Kenai Fjords NP were all enjoyable.
This was a Great way to spend the day before we boarded our cruise ship…I loved the dog sled ride and the puppies, it was a really nice facility. And the guided walk was the perfect little challenge with several options to see the views.
This was a great day learning about dog mushing and the Iditarod. We all learned so much! And getting to cuddle puppies made it even better. Lunch was good, and plenty of options. We were worried about getting back to Seward for our 6p train to Anchorage, but everything went smoothly. Note that it is a bit of a walk from cruise port to train depot, but you can drop your luggage there if you are checked in for the train.
