Sergio’s 5 in 1 Tour, All Included

This was an amazing experience! Every activity was fun, and our guide was pleasant, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. You could tell they genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great time. Our favorite part of the day was ending at their family-owned beach house. The food was delicious, and the family was so warm, welcoming, and kind. It was a wonderful way to wrap up the excursion. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that my mom and I were really looking forward to relaxing on beach chairs in the sand, but there isn’t actually a sandy beach there. The views are absolutely beautiful, and you can walk down the steps to access the water. The waves were a little too rough for us to get in comfortably, but I’m sure many people enjoy it. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this tour. I just wish the description made it a little clearer that the beach house overlooks the ocean rather than having a sandy beach for lounging.

We really enjoyed the tour and all the information we received about the tour. Our tour guide was professional, friendly, and very open to anything we needed. Enjoyed all the stops. I wish it was longer at the beautiful beach house as it was so nice swimming and having our lunch. I appreciate not having to worry about time and getting there and back to the cruise ship as we had a very small window. I have already refereed others to this tour company as they are worth it!

Uva was a great tour guide. He was so knowledgeable and interesting. He made sure every one had a great time and paid attention to individual needs. The tour was fun. Each activity had is own flair. Good was good and drink a were great!

This was a great tour! I was worried about making it to the pickup spot on time, but the local time is 1 hour different than the ship time so it was no problem at all! Our guide was very knowledgeable and shared interesting information at all the stops. Our van was very nice with AC. It's a 10/10 for me and my family!

We could not be happier with this 5-in-1 tour. We had a very small group which was exactly what we wanted. Jesus was the best guide we could ask for. Timing for each stop was perfect, not too long to get bored and not too short to miss anything! Jesus made sure we were back on the boat with time to spare. The cenote we swam in was amazing and serene. We were the first ones there and did not have to share. Then, second stop, we had the privilege to mine salt and got salt souvenirs. The best taco I had in my life was here. The water was not pink, but Jesus was able to give a detailed reason for this and it didn't matter to us, because the experience was once in a lifetime regardless. Then we even had a chance to see Flamingos and Jesus' knowledge of the Mayan ruins made it all the more meaningful. Great photo opportunities! Then, the beach house! Wow! It was amazing. My husband has never gotten a massage and didn't know what to expect. Needless to say, it was the best 👌 and he can't wait to do it again. They were friendly like 'familia'! We even swam in the private beach part! Food was amazing and the drinks were just right! We WILL be going back and plan on taking the whole family! Thank you for making our first cruise and excursion the best we could ever wish for!!!

We had a great experience with Sergio’s! They were very informative. Our trip was slightly modified due to storms the orecious week. The one thing I did not like was that they did not inform us of the change until we had already left. The Beach house is what it is, a beach house! Pool was clean. Food was good and drinks were pouring!

My whole family, ages 15-71, loved this tour. We didn’t get to experience the wildlife portion due to flooding, but everything else was great. Our tour guide was friendly and informative.

The cenote part was cancelled due to flooding, no fault of the tour, but that was what we were really looking forward to.The Mayan Ruins of Xcambo were cool. We did enjoy the drinks at the house. And the ocean behind was clear and calm and nice for swimming. Although the tour was ok I wish we would've booked a cenote excursion through the cruise ship.

I had a special request and Jesus went above and beyond to make it happen. We will be forever grateful. The tour was absolutely amazing and informative. The food was delicious and the drinks were cold. The vibe and the atmosphere were on point. A must do if you’re in Progreso México.

My family and I recently visited Progreso, Mexico and had an amazing experience on Sergio’s 5-in-1 Tour. We especially enjoyed exploring the Mayan ruins and spending time at the beach house. Our tour guide was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. The food served at the beach house was absolutely excellent, and everything was well organized from start to finish. Everyone in our group had a wonderful time and created memories that will last a lifetime.
