Very worth seeing Sea Life.

A very nicely laid out Sea Life. Nice staff and great animals. We really enjoyed our visit. If we end up in Oberhausen again, we would go to Sea Life again.

Disappointed with the Sea Life in the Centre.

Nothing special, several exhibitions of several sea creatures, the glass tunnel with sharks etc was disappointing, I was expecting it to be bigger with larger sea life swimming around. The staff didn’t interact with customers as in other Sea Life centres we have visited. It is more of an attraction for a family with small children. Overall for us as a couple not worth the entrance fee, we would not visit again.

It was even better than I had imagined.

We had a lot of fun and it was even better than we had expected. Moreover, the staff was very nice and it was a lot of fun to ask questions as well. Especially the staff member Celeste was very nice to us and it was enjoyable to talk with her, as she explained a lot to us and you could tell that she also enjoys being there.

Marine explorer evening, highly recommended.

We participated in the marine research evening and until absolutely impressed. The staff were all very friendly, gave a lot of interesting facts along the way and showed us some rare things from the underwater world.

General Impression:...

General Impression: It’s a standard oceanarium—not great, but not terrible. If you’ve seen a few others, there isn’t much here that will blow you away. What to watch out for: Crowds: Be prepared for a lot of people if you visit during the weekend. It gets very busy. Layout issues: The experience is unfortunately hampered by narrow corridors, which make navigating the space quite difficult when it's crowded. This definitely takes away from the overall enjoyment. Verdict: Fine for a quick visit if you’re in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

Were unfortunately very disappointed due to the organization

Were there yesterday and unfortunately I have to say I can't give more stars due to the organization and everything. We had booked admission for 3 pm, but just before that the people were allowed in for the admission at 2:30 pm. Despite talking to a member of staff because we had a person with a walking disability with us, we had to wait outside in the rain until just before half past four to get in. Inside, unfortunately, it was overcrowded beyond measure, you couldn't really look anywhere or push or push. It was nice that we were allowed to go in the buggy as a support to run, however, it was not pointed out that the elevator does not go inside. In this case, we were glad not to have the wheelchair with us, that would have otherwise really sucked putting the away with the crowd back, because we would never have gotten it up the stairs. We had through contact now the cheapest Merlin tickets, the children still had fun watching, but for the normal admission price that would have been worth 0 stars for me with this procedure and procedure.
