I wouldn’t give it a rating but it was required. The company canceled experience so we were not able to enjoy.
The trolley land portion was good. The driver/guide was knowledgeable and fun. It went a little longer than scheduled, which would have been fine except the trolley seats are not very comfortable. The sea portion was a good lunch. We upgraded our ticket onboard and enjoyed lunch. However the captain’s narration was not in sync with what we were going by. Also it was a boring hearing about the industrial part of history. I would have rather heard about the people in history and things that happened back then.
Hard at times to hear the guide due to the congestion noise of traffic...The cost was pricey for what you get...Ordered snacks (hot dog and fries on boat Hot Dog were cold as well as the fries....
We are sorry to hear you did not have the best time. We appreciate you feedback.

Very knowledgeable guides. A lot of fun on both land and water! We would absolutely do this again! The land tour explained all the historical points and drove around several times. We got to see everything. And the riverboat was also a lot of fun! We had cocktails and cruised! A must do!!

Land tour was pretty good. Guide above average. But hop on hop off better. Would not recommend the riverboat cruise. Waited in line for 45 minutes to board, very hard for older people with no seating and in the heat of the day. The boat was PACKED, couldn’t see out many of the windows as they were dirty or scratched, hard to find a seat for two together. Dirty. Couldn’t hear guide for at least first 20 minutes. Really not much to see.
We are happy to hear you had a great time touring with us and hate to hear the Rover Boat wasn't for you. We appreciate your feedback. Thank you for choosing Gray Line!
