We enjoyed our 3-hour bike tour led by Isabella. This was a focused and immersive glimpse at what everyday life is like for Santiago residents beyond the tourist and upscale areas. The visit to the large, busy, market provided a snapshot of the people, produce and foods of Chile. In addition, we experienced some of the streets and public spaces of the city. Isabella was very knowledgeable, thoughtful and passionate in sharing her insights about the country.
We did the tour with Gabriela and Diego, everything was really very good, the place and especially the guides, very attentive, very good information and very good service. There were two adults and my 12-year-old son and everything was great. Without a doubt I would do the tour again another time Agustina
Yesterday we - a family of 4 from NL - had a great experience with Diego, our bike tour guide. Murray from Canada was the only other guest accompanying us on this dry but cloudy morning tour. Diego is very knowledagble and open on all things regarding Santiago. The tour through the central market is amazing as this is something you do not see in the Netherlands. Especially all the exotic fruits and vegetables and the entire buzz around this market. Diego is also very sensitive to security and that is why we had a safe tour and we recommend him highly if you want to get a good taste of Santiago in half a day. He also does recommendations on place to go for coffee or lunch/dinner and we followed his guidance and were positively surprised by the atmosphere of the restaurant.
Diego was brilliant. Markets were very interesting and Diego knows so much about food and producers. Biking was easy…..i haven’t been on a bike in years.
Small group guided tour with arrival to the market of fruit, vegetables and other producers. Satisfactory!
La Bicicleta Verde tour was so wonderful and informative. Isa our tour guide was so kind, ulta knowledgeable, and we felt safe following her around the city the whole tour. She is passionate about biking and giving back to the community through biking and that truly comes out during the tour. Definitely do this when you come to Santiago!
Great way to see different parts of Santiago - the colourful main produce market, Parque Forestal, street art, Pablo Deruda’s Santiago house - and taste a Chilean snack. Our guide kept us safe and set a good pace.
Really informative and excellent in every way. Easy bike ride. Not rushed - loved the market. Felt safe and had fun.
We had a great morning exploring Santiago parks and the central market on our bikes. Isabella our guide was excellent. She took great care of us and provided really interesting information I highly recommend this tour, you get to experience some local life and explore areas you wouldn’t easily find on your own
Lau (our guide) was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Would recommend this tour as a way to get to see the non-touristy parts of Santiago!
