Description
This experience blends hands-on mixology, local history, and iconic Bay Area views into one memorable San Francisco outing. Hosted inside a historic 1930s Art Deco distillery on Treasure Island, guests enjoy sweeping views of the Bay while learning the craft behind classic whiskey cocktails. During the class, guests shake and stir three iconic drinks — the Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour, and Paper Plane, while discovering how different whiskeys shape flavor, balance, and aroma. Fun date night
This was a last minute addition to our SF vacation and I’m so glad we did it. Treasure Island has an interesting history and the bar is in a unique location. Richard led our class. He was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to follow. He explained the differences between the liquors well and discussed ways to make them more palatable to us lightweights. My husband and I enjoyed the class and highly recommend it.

My wife and I are not...
My wife and I are not hard alcohol drinkers, so this class was perfect for us! It was very informative and learned some cool tricks of the trade. We made three full cocktails and got additional tastings and well worth the price. Our bartender was great and took the time out to help us individually if needed. We had a great time!

10/10 Would Honestly Do Again
Went with my partner and had a phenomenal time. We took the $5 ferry to and from San Francisco (just check the ferry times before booking if you do this, there's not much else to do *on* T.I.) which was the correct choice because you do in fact get to finish three full cocktails and sip 3 whiskeys neat aside from that... no one was sober by the end of this. Our instructor was great, skilled, and we had a blast with the group we were paired with (may be luck of the draw but the environment certainly encourages a fun time). I would recommend this to ANYONE, traveling or local. We were paired with a group party and a solo traveler, you can't go wrong.
