We had a fantastic time on the river cruise our guide was amazing and really funny. Unfortunately we didn’t work out the trolly and couldn’t work out the stops the app didn’t really work for us with a UK number so we couldn’t see the times of the buses etc .
Very informative and interesting tour. Easy to find location. The buses could use some kind of fan as San Antonio is very hot.
Interactive map for the trolly is excellent. Trolly conductors are knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about their job. Better instructions relative to how to obtain the boarding QR once on site are needed. Boat operator wasn’t as good as the trolly operators; spoke very fast and didn’t seem as passionate or excited about his narrative..
The guides for the riverwalk cruise and trolley tours were amazing not only for the history but their sense of humor in delivery of those historic events
Pete was a great tour guide! Knowledgeable and funny!
Our guide was great. Lots of information and great sense of humor.
Although there are trolley locations there are no visible signs to stand with times for arrival and departure.
This was a really comfortable and leisurely way to see the San Antonio River walk. As part of a package, the price was really reasonable. A great introduction to the area and history.
Emily was our driver. She was very informative with plenty of corny jokes. We really enjoyed it
Our Old Town Trolley Tour in San Antonio was one of the highlights of our trip, and Garrett & Katelyn made the experience worth a review. They both were energetic, engaging, hospitable, and truly brought the city to life with enthusiasm. Their knowledge was impressive—not only about San Antonio, but also about several other major cities where the trolley operates. It was clear that they genuinely enjoy what they do and take pride in providing guests with an informative and memorable experience. They both shared interesting historical facts, cracked jokes, gave local recommendations, and told fun stories that kept everyone entertained from start to finish. Their positive attitude and passion for their work made the tour both educational and enjoyable. Thank you, Garrett, Kaitlyn, and the other safe drivers. I wish you continued success in all of your future endeavors! Cons: Air-conditioned trolleys in San Antonio’s heat would be greatly appreciated. I would set a 25 minute timer for the next bus and would be either waiting nearly an hour or the bus came in less time and was missed.
