The driver was extremely knowledgeable and provided a clear vision on the history of San Antonio very well. Well worth the money.
The stops are very good. Places where you want to explore a little more. The Market Place, the Alamo, Japanese Gardens, the San Antonio Zoo etc. all these places are good to spend extra time visiting. I liked that the entire route without getting off was just under 2 hours. However, There is no air condition for the travelers on this trolley. It is open windows. It is best to pick a day where the weather is not above 100 degrees, unless you like it hot. Overall, I enjoyed this experience and would definitely do it again and I highly recommend it to travelers in San Antonio that want to see something other than the Riverwalk.
It was very convenient and really showed you San Antonio. However, it was very difficult to hear driver over traffic noise and people talking on the trolly. There needs to be better speaker system and/or headsets available.
Great experience! We got on and off throughout the day so rode with several different drivers and they were all great!!
Both drivers were awesome and the greeter/attendant at the beginning. Informative but I think the timing of the busses were way behind toward the end of the day. Ended up taking an UBer back from stop 9 vs waiting.

We were visiting San Antonio for the first time. Decided to know more about the history of the city so booked a Hop-on hop-off tour. Our tour guide Rudy was excellent. He has so much knowledge of city. We did not hop-off until the end of tour (90 minutes) because of him. Overall it was a great experience.

The tour was AMAZING.. but the experience with Viator was bad. I purchased the tickets on line and didn't receive the tickets until 5pm ..the tour ended at 4pm..Luckily the manager of Hop and Hop off was patient and understanding.. He allowed us to tour by looking at our online credit card receipt. .
Tour was great. Tour Guide was even better. He was very well versed in Texas history both past & present. He has some very interesting stories I hadn't heard before & I am an 80 year old native Texan who volunteered for the Bob Bullock Texsas History Museum for 10 years
