- Children 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. No unattended minors are allowed on the zipline course. Ages 5-13 must have a paying zipline parent or guardian ziplining with them. Ages 14-17 the parent or guardian does not have to zipline but must be present on the course spectating.

Guides were very friendly but there were so many people on the tour and a heavy majority of the time was spent waiting for other people to finish their turn
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found our guides friendly! We understand your concern about the amount of time spent waiting during the tour. With our afternoon thunderstorms, our tours can occasionally have more guests than usual as we work to get everyone through safely before the weather arrives. When we do have a larger group, we call in additional guides to help keep the tour moving smoothly and safely. Our 6-Zipline Tour typically takes about 2.5–3 hours, while our 4-Zipline Tour generally takes about 1.5–2 hours. On the tour you joined, the group returned well before the three-hour mark, and we had additional guides assisting because of the group size. We also design our tours to be about the entire experience, rather than simply moving from one zipline to the next as quickly as possible. We’re located in a beautiful nature park, so part of the experience is having the opportunity to enjoy the scenery, views, and natural surroundings along the way. The guides were amazing and so accommodating. They were great with their interactions with all of the participants. I was very impressed. They made sure I was comfortable able to be a part of it as an observer. It was amazing!!
This is one of the highest quality businesses I have found. The owners and staff are personable, knowledgeable and overall there to make sure you have a great time! The price is more than reasonable for the value. Sky, our guide, made sure we had a great time. All the team was right there to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment! The experience was wonderful. They were amazing. The guys were patient and kind. They helped me the whole way through. I’m 65 and to zip line was on my bucket list. They gave me a wonderful experience. Do it. It was a fantastic day. Patty Walker
The zip lines were very fun! I had a bit of a hard stop on the second zip line, but it was fine after that. Just be aware.
My husband, son, 9 year old granddaughter, & myself age 71 did the 6 ziplines totalling approximately 6300 ft of ziplines, highest platform 200 ft, & fastest ride 65 mph. If this old lady & young granddaughter can do it anyone can. It's definitely an experience to do at least once in your lifetime.
We took our 6 and 11 years old on a family vacation. The staff are friendly and we had a great experience! It was really fun!
