Soon after your hotel pick up by an expert qualified tour guide driver, you will be taken to the newly "The Long March to Freedom" which used to have its home in Pretoria. The newly Long March to Freedom has a new home in Cape Town in Century city. This is the Long March to Freedom, part of a bigger development of over 500 life-size bronze icons of South Africa's struggle for freedom. All the figures together represent a time-line of South Africa's 350-year journey to democracy. It is the largest outdoor sculptural display of individuals in the world and uses public art to celebrate the country's heritage while giving visitors the opportunity to learn about South African history in an unusual and entertaining way. (Entrance fees are excluded from tour price.)
Our second leg of the trip will be a boat or ferry trip to Robben Island and the entire boat trip including the prison tour to the time when you will return to the starting point will be 3 to 4 hours. Your expert-guide driver will not escort you as Robben Island Museum has its own tour guides and most of them are former political prisoners on the Island. We booked this tour with Kabura Travel. We were picked up by our hotel and transferred to Robben Island. We learnt a lot about Nelson Mandela and the history of South Africa. The whole trip to the island and back is about 4 hours. Thanks to KABURA Travel for such a wonderful service.
Use a Uber (10$) to Long Walk To Freedom and buy yourself at ticket for ferry to Robben Island (40$). For me this is fraud

But we fail to understand what you call fraud. You booked this tour online knowing the inclusions and exclusions as stated in our itinerary. We honoured the trip as per our itinerary. We secured both your tickets for the Robben Island tour. The tour took place, you had a private guide and a private vehicle at your disposal for the day as per our itinerary. When you say fraud it is a bit confusing as the tour took place as per our itinerary with a registered private tour guide. We are not an Uber Taxi service but a reputable tour operator company providing tours.
Fraud! Take a Uber (6-7$) to Long Walk to freedom and pay the entrance (7$). Then visit the harbour with ferry and buy a ticket to Robben Island (40$)

Our tours are guided tours by professional tour guides and not by Uber Drivers. We reserved a private vehicle for the day and a private guide just for you and your part and We have secured in advance your Robben Island Tickets which get sold out very often days before the tour starts. We do not have secrets on the inclusions and exclusions of any tour and we are very transparent. Our prices on this tour are still by the way the lowest in the market compared to other operators. We are confused as to why you have purchased this tour if you knew how to do it yourself by using Uber and save money as per your feedback. Thank you for your feedback but please in the future before you purchase online, kindly check the inclusions and exclusions. Just a note: all our bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the commencement of the tour.
