Istanbul Airport (IST) Meeting Point: After collecting your baggage, proceed straight ahead and exit through Gate 14 at the far end. Look for our team holding the SR25 sign; they will verify your name. Once confirmed, the staff will call for your vehicle, and you will be escorted to the car on the lower floor. Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) Meeting Point: Exit through the main door and find the SR25 sign directly across from Columns 10-12. Our staff will be waiting to check your name and will then call for your vehicle, guiding you to your car on the lower level. This Ticket only included one-way transport. If you need return transfer please book us.

I am Carmel Sammut from Malta I went to Taksim Istanbul with my wife on 23 August for 6 days Everything was going fine Till On 27th August at exactly 1403 hrs Me and my wife went on Galata bridge to take a yellow taxi The place was on the Galata bridge 10 MTRS from Eminonu destination towards Galata tower We went in the taxi to settle the price Taxi man asks for 10 euro My wife give him 10 euro Taxi man complains 10 euro is old and he wants us to pay by card My wife takes out revolut card he prepares machine fast takes the card from my wife and tries to do transaction After like 40 seconds he began to shout that card is no good He drives off We immediately checked revolut We find 2 transactions totalling 348 euros We contacted revolut to try to stop payments We went to Police They sent us from one station to another 5 times All of them they don't want to do their duty They don't file a report with many excuses They said if we didn't take taxi number plate they could do nothing Funny enough they said their is no camera on Galata bridge Don't be impressed by the number of Police in Taksim in our case they were hopeless When you don't file a report you are helping these. Taxi drivers to keep on stealing tourists
What I find strange is that you now eligible for a refund but no one apologised for letting my family wait for two hours and had to pay double the price the original agreed price. Don’t use these guys they will let you down.
My wife and I were just in Istanbul, Turkey for a wonderful vacation! We disembarked from a Viking Ocean Cruise in Istanbul and needed a large Taxi to get to our hotel. When I used my Uber app, a large VIP Taxi appeared in minutes. We really lucked out! Burak, our driver [Tel: +90 (532) 627 56 24] was courteous, spoke English--and really knew this city. There were 4 passengers and 4 large pieces of luggage. Burak installed his contact info on my iPhone in WhatsApp so I could contact him when we needed his Taxi! He responded to me in minutes! We went on a Cruise of the Bosphorus, went to specific restaurants...etc. using his service every time. When he took us to the Airport for our flight back to the USA, he got us to the right Terminal with plenty of time to spare. I give him 5 Stars for GREAT service!
We booked an airport transfer to our hotel in Turkey through Viator, but the experience was very disappointing. I initially sent a message to the provider to ask for the meeting point, but received no response. I tried to contact him again upon our arrival, still with no reply. At 1 am, after we had already exited the airport, he finally responded, demanding an additional 30 euros, threatening to cancel the transfer if we did not pay. When I spoke with him, I made it clear that I work in a travel agency and am familiar with the procedure: he should have confirmed the booking in advance or canceled it if it was an issue for him, instead of putting us in such a situation at the last minute. His behavior was completely unprofessional. We felt scammed and refused to pay the extra amount. In the end, we had to take a taxi to reach our hotel. I strongly advise against using this service due to its lack of professionalism and transparency.
Driver went to wrong airport. I payed round trip but have no confirmation. Had to make other arrangements and pay again

Everything was on top. Driver was exact on time, vehicle was comfortable, ride was smooth and been on time ..
The time was mixed up and they refused to honor the prepaid ride I would suggest using someone else. They lack customer support

Excellent transfer, super punctual, very clean car and very kind driver. He arrived to pick us up at the hotel to take us to Istanbul airport well in advance of the agreed time.

I didn't have to wait for the vehicle to arrive, we were picked up from the airport instantly and reached our hotel on time. I received friendly service. A successful business I recommend to everyone. I found it safe. The interior of the vehicle was very clean and tidy, the journey was comfortable and pleasant.
