It includes it in Port Plata Amber Cove and Taino Bay Puerto Plata Cruise Port does not include it from Sosua and Cabarete Santiago would have to pay an extra cost for the collection in Sosua and Cabarete and Santiago can bring cash because if they only bring a credit card in the Surbenir shop COLLECT It will be within the Amber Cove Port at the Taxi station inside the port you will see a person with a green shirt ask by Rigo /Leonel /Marleny or Agustín the collection is 9am wings but if your ship arrives later than 9am please contact us to confirm the time of collecting and in Taino Bay we pick it up inside the port when they leave the ship, the left After the gift chop you will see Perosone with a green shirt ask about the person who will be sent to you by private or pop -ominicantravel tours We pick up all our clients within the Port Amber Cove and Taino Bay Puerto Plata Cruise Port does not have to walk out of the ports

My tour guide, Rigo, was wonderful and very kind. He showed us a lot of Puerto Plata, including some wonderful views from the mountain and the downtown area. My son is learning Spanish and Rigo was so encouraging and sweet with him. He seemed to know everyone around the city, so it felt like we were being escorted by a celebrity. ☺️ We really felt the warm, welcoming, friendly spirit of the Dominican Republic with him. He also took some great photos/videos for us, which was so, so nice! My only complaint is that the cable car to the top of the mountain wasn't in service due to upgrades. It (obviously) wasn't his fault, but I wish the company had updated the activity description accordingly--especially because it sounds like it has been out of order for a while. If I could have done it over again, I'd joyfully book a tour with Rigo again... But I am disappointed that we didn't have this specific experience that we were really looking forward to.

Pretty impressive tour. Was only my wife and I with Melanie our driver/tour guide. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and several times asked what else we would like to see. It seemed like she knew everyone in town as we walked around town center. Great tour and great guide! It was only the 3 of us so a very personal tour

We booked a private tour and it was one of the best tours that we have ever been on! Rigo and Jose made sure that we saw every sight and we felt like celebrities touring the different places with them. I have a mobility cart (lightweight/compact) and they were attentive to how we could get to each place and loaded unloaded when needed. This was a fabulous tour and much less than what the cruise line offered but was private with only my wife and I. Highly recommend!

Rigo was great. His van was new and clean. It had great air conditioning and WiFi. He knew the city and had so many unique facts. It was a great excursion we stopped and took photos when we wanted and the planned stops were great. I would highly recommend Rigo and would definitely use him again should I be in the Dominican Republic again
