No-Show Consequence: Significant delays may be treated as a "no-show", resulting in trip cancellation without refund—especially if the delay impacts duration, safety, or logistics.
Key Recommendation: Arrive 15 minutes before the reserved departure time to avoid issues.
We do not accept cancellations or rescheduling on the day of travel, except in cases of bad weather.

Last minute excursion
There was an issue with the booking. Viator told me one price and the captain had a different price for additional fees. Viator did honor what I was told and refunded the difference.
The boat didn’t have running water. Which is why I gave a two star review
