We had 2 guides William and Tom, Tom learning and we were so lucky as together they both had so much information and knowledge. Starting the day at a fabulous coffee shop and then discovering and learning about Hanoi

Best way to learn about the culture

I had a tour with Lola and it was amazing! She picked me up at my hostel and was super nice. She showed me touristic spots and a secret café. My favourite part about the Tour was talking with her about the history and culture of Vietnam and her experiences. She was very open minded and i could ask her anything. I would definitely recommend her and the tours!

Best tour guide in Hanoi

My trip with Lola in Hanoi was absolutely amazing She is an amazing guide, with great knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine, culture and history. We wandered the streets of Hanoi, tasted nice meals and even ate with her and shared our personal experience. She had smooth english and was very friendly and polite.

The Highschool Guide Saved Our Tour! He was excellent!

We had two tour guides for our private family tour. The highschool tour guide was excellent and jovial with lots of laughter. The university guide was very serious and caused us to feel rushed. We would rank the university guide as poor, but the highschool guide as excellent! Overall it averaged as very good. Had it been just the university guide, I would not have been able to recommend the tour.

Hanoi Heritage tour/English tutorial

Excellent tour guide Henry who swiftly and informatively showed me Hanoi’s Old French quarter, the famous heritage house, and took me to boutique cafe that served the marvellous Vietnamese specialty of egg coffee. This was pretty much free as these two-hour tours are designed as language training opportunities to give the guides experience of trying out their English skills - Henry’s were very good. But do beware the tour organisation’s invitations to join any extra ‘cultural’ activities elsewhere in Hanoi afterwards: you could end up helping in a two-hour interactive class for Vietnamese children learning English. Fun but not for everyone!

Fantastic guide for an interesting tour

The tour started very punctual and the guide Alice was very kind and with a lot of interesting information for us. Well balanced the stops and the Egg coffee time, since the weather was very hot and a pause was more than welcome . The visit at the prison also very interesting. To be done!

Highly Recommended! Amazing Personalized Tour

It was absolutely fantastic! The guide picked me up right from my hotel and took me around on a motorbike, which was such a fun experience. They customized everything and took me exactly where I wanted to go. The absolute highlight was a hidden coffee shop with a secret entrance that a regular tourist would never find on their own. All the food we had was incredible. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting!
