If you arrive at Terminal B: After clearing immigration, collecting your luggage, and exiting customs, proceed to the main terminal exit. Outside, you will find El Refugio Café. This is the ideal service for travelers going from Santo Domingo to SDQ with a lot of luggage or bulky items. Leandro communicated with us ahead of time, arrived early to pick us up, and drove us efficiently and safely to the airport. It was raining when we arrived at the airport, and he expertly maneuvered the large SUV into position at the curb so we wouldn’t get wet while unloading. Highly recommend this service!

It was really a pleasure to do business with this company. They are accessible, quick to accommodate changes and even refund you partially if forwatever reason the accommodation you were promised is not honored fully.
Where they advertised as being luxury private travel was wrong. We watched multiple parties get picked up at the airport in very nice blacked out Suburban SUVs and offered drinks or snacks from the trunk upon arrival. Our driver, came around the corner in an old white expedition with no drinks or snacks offered even though the listing said we would receive. I had marked we were traveling with a 3 year old and needed a carseat. The carseat was not even installed we had to do it ourselves. After traveling since 6am with a toddler and in an extremely hot airport waiting almost an hour for our luggage to arrive, we just expected a different greeting based on how it was advertised. The driver was very kind to us and we had no issues feeling safe on the way to and from the airport to our hotel destination, however I wouldn't have paid the amount we did for what we received.

However, we understand that this may not have been communicated clearly enough. Regarding the child seat, it was available in the vehicle, but it should have been properly prepared and our driver should have assisted you with its installation. We sincerely apologize for that inconvenience, especially after such a long day of travel with your little one. As a gesture of goodwill and because your satisfaction is important to us, we will be issuing you a partial refund for the inconvenience you experienced. While this cannot change your experience, we hope it reflects our commitment to taking your feedback seriously and continuously improving our service. Your comments are extremely valuable and will help us improve our vehicle assignments, communication, and arrival procedures.
