It's very likely that previous passengers smoked inside the SUV; even though we ventilate and inspect every unit before each service, this can sometimes happen with tourists and the odor lingers. We're going to take extra steps to strengthen our cleaning and ventilation process, and I'm truly sorry it affected you, especially since you're sensitive to cigarette smoke.Regarding the SUV model, please note that it is indeed not the newest in our fleet, but it's a 2019 vehicle that we keep in excellent mechanical and cleanliness condition.I also want to apologize if the air conditioning wasn't cold enough. This may have been due to a misconfiguration by the driver; we're reinforcing training so our drivers properly check and sync the climate control system before starting each service.Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to offer you a much better experience next time. The cover photo shows a Suburban SUV, which has a maximum capacity of 6 passengers, and your group is for 8, so a minivan was assigned to you.
