Holiday transport.
Sent an email with flight details, driver did not turn up and we had to get another taxi to Krakow. Although the money was taken off my bank account before I left. Great system, take the money don't turn up, whats the chances of getting my money back. So experience was C***, left standing in the snow with no transport#%*¥~

Very efficient and the driver was very pleasant, no waiting he was there waiting for us as we came out of arrival's. Would highly recommend

Slight delay in the driver arriving and disappointed that we didn't have a Mercedes E Class. Otherwise, uneventful trip from Airport to hotel

We were picked up by Peter Czubak from Krakow airport. Peter was very organised giving us a place to meet as well as telling us what time he would be there. His driving was very considerate and safe. He also gave us lots of information to help us plan our trip. I would recommend Peter for your transfer

Damien was out driver he was brilliant . When we couldn't get in our apartments he called the company and helped translate. He didn't leave us until we got in. Great driver recommended loss of restaurants, and places to go

Booking confirmed but not confirmed!!??
Booked this transfer via Trip Advisor, and received my booking confirmation via the website. So far so good. Flight was running late, so WhatsApp'd the taxi company when leaving the airport to say flight delay, then messaged again when arrived at Krakow airport to say flight arrived. Got a message back saying "what booking, never confirmed!!", despite me having a TA booking confirmation. To be fair, the taxi operator then phoned me to say that a driver had been dispatched and would greet us in Arrivals, which he did, and he took us direct to our hotel. Not sure what went wrong between TA and the taxi operator, but wasn't the smooth airport transfer we'd hoped for.
