We offer a private transfer service between Venice and Venice Marco Polo Airport. All our drivers speak English and all our cars are all Mercedes Benz. We also offer a water taxi service combined with car transfers for all those staying in hotels in the center of Venice. FINDING YOUR DRIVER Exit the luggage area and outside the sliding doors your driver/representative will be waiting holding a sign with your name on it. Identify yourself by showing your voucher. DIFFICULTY IN LOCATING YOUR DRIVER Contact your supplier for assistance. Do not leave without having contacted your supplier first. In the event of delays over 60 minutes on arrival you must call the supplier. There are 60 minutes wait time included from your landing/disembarkation time.

This is the only way to get to Venice from the airport. Especially if you are a group of 10 with luggage. They will hold the reservation for only 2 hours. After that you will lose your money. We made our reservation with the stipulation that we will text them when we arrive. It was good because our flight was delayed 3 hours. The cars met us at the airport and took us to our water taxi. 10 of us with luggage and 2 water taxis. Our stop was near the Rialto Bridge which was close to our hotel. The car service and water taxis made the start of our vacation go smoothly.

You book a private water taxi for a solid price. Turns out you're in a car for half an hour and then a short distance with a boat

This is worth every penny when you are flying into a new city and have to figure out water transport as well as vehicular transport. Was met at the airport with a sign and then taken by van to a water taxi. What a beautiful way to enter the city!

Me and my family had a really nice experience with our transfer to Venice and everything was so smooth and easy. Our driver waited for us at the Venice airport, we had a 15 minutes ride and then we had a boat waiting for us to reach our hotel. Thanks again for your help and we hope to come back soon.

This was a great experience! We were met at the airport with a charming young host who took very good care of us. She travelled with us from the airport to our hotel helping with luggage, answering any questions and talking to us about our trip. She was exceptional!

The driver met us in the airport with a sign with our name on it so we could easily find him. Our ride to boat dock was excellent. It was great to have a smooth transport all the way from the airport to our hotel with no worries. We'll worth it.

Exceptional service and a comfortable ride. After exiting the luggage area, we were greeted by our driver, who was waiting with a sign displaying my name. The driver was courteous and assisted with carrying my luggage. The spacious Mercedes van provided a smooth and comfortable experience for all four of us. We were then driven to the pier for an effortless transfer to the water taxi, which took us directly to our hotel. While the price was on the higher side, the entire pickup and drop-off process was seamless and stress-free.

When we arrived we could jot see our contact and had to call the tour operator..only after we spoke did he show up..not sure why he as was not standing there like the others with our name board. Anyhow it was a very short drive to the private boat to Venice. This was wonderful. However it would be less expensive if you take the taxi boat from the airport..
