Our plane was late and there was nobody to meet up there. Nor was there any message on the app. We had to find somebody there who spoke Spanish to find a phone number and call them. Once they were called, it took another 45 minutes to come and get us.
I am sorry; unfortunately, it wasn't my mistake but a coincidence—your flight was delayed by at least two hours, and the company scheduled to handle your service was tied up with another job. In any case, my phone number is available, and I am always reachable.
The driver was on time at 7 AM holding a sign with my name, had a luxurious and clean car that fit several bags (Mercedes E-class wagon), and drove us promptly and comfortably to the airport from the cruise terminal. I would recommend his services to anybody looking for a transfer or transportation.
