Driver was on time and waiting after baggage pick up with a sign with my name on it. Very professional. Clean car. Good experience.

Total disaster
We were supposed to be picked up at the arrivals hall at the airport. No one was there when we got through customs and no one turned up. We waited 30 mins then got the train.

First class Private Hire on our visit to Krakow
We had Tomas and Paul as our drivers on a visit to Krakow from Scotland. Both drivers were very fluent in English and so helpful. The transport was very comfortable and spotlessly clean.
