Comfortable transfer from...
Comfortable transfer from Napoli Centrale train station to Positano. Pickup was easily arranged by WhatsApp chat, and the driver arrived a few minutes after our arrival at the meeting point. Driver was also very helpful by calling ahead to the baggage porters to assist getting our bags to the hotel.

Terrible Customer Service
Our flight was delayed a day and we messaged the host to let them know and reschedule our service. They replied saying no we can’t reschedule but said: “what we can do is offer you a ride on Saturday for a good price of 200€”. So basically if we wanted to rebook for a new day absolutely and they’ll keep the $270 we already paid for a ride they didn’t make.

We thank you for your review, even if it’s negative for us, however we think that you are incredibly unfair to us, and if you respect hard workers like us, you will cancel your review. We understand how you must be upset, of course it was not your fault that you changed the flight. But why do you think that it is our fault??? Why do you think that we have to pay for delay of your flight??? We just want you to understand, that we are also the side that bears the losses. You booked transfer with us from Naples airport to Positano, we kept the car for you for 2 months and didn’t take other business. We offered you further ride to your accommodation which actually wasn’t included in the booking. Now, you canceled the ride in the last minute and wanted it to move to another day. Ms.Julieta, we want to make sure that you understand that we are talking about at least 6 hours (!) service (sometimes even longer in case of delays): the car goes to Naples (2-3 hours), waits for you while you get through customs and take your luggage (sometimes up to 2 hours!), then a way home (2-3 hours), also because you stay in Nocelle, the upper part of Positano, much longer way. If you cancel this service in the last minute, the car remains stopped, but we still have to pay taxes, salary, maintenance, insurance, parking garage , airport, etc. .. WE JUST CANNOT AFFORD TO KEEP THE CAR AND DRIVER WITHOUT WORK! Our season is short, from April to October, so we work really hard these 7 months to be able then to pay all the costs during the whole year. You wanted simply to move the ride to another day, but you even didn’t ask if we had the car available the next day??? In fact, we were overbooked and could just say no to you, but we wanted to help you and found another car (of another car service company) that kindly confirmed us their availability. Did you want they drive you for free?? 😅 We found a car for you but you blamed us for that?? 🤨 And the last, Viator cancellation policy is 24 hours, you cancelled it after, so basically we didn’t do anything wrong. We understand that you cancelled due the reasons that didn’t depend on you, but perhaps you could ask assistance of the air company or your travel insurance??.. 🧐 Hope you have fantastic time in Positano, but just think please about people who work around you. Thank you.

A-Star Service! Highly Recommend Tonys Taxi Firm We had an absolutely fantastic experience booking our airport transfer with Tonys Taxi Firm. Our driver, Lorenzo, picked us up right on time from Naples Airport and transferred us directly to Positano. The entire ride was an absolute pleasure. He kindly made a quick stop along the way for refreshments, which was a lovely touch. The journey took about 1 hour and 20 minutes and was infinitely more comfortable than taking the bus—especially since Lorenzo dropped us right at our door! The company's flexibility with payment was brilliant too. We paid for the return trip when we first arrived, and they refunded our initial deposit straight away (though we also had the option to just pay on pick-up, which is great to know).
