AIRPORT INSTRUCTIONS: Once you exit the airport to the street level, your driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your full name and wearing a maroon T-shirt. Please look for the person in the maroon T-shirt with your name sign. If you cannot find your driver, HOTEL PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS: We will pick you up at the main lobby area of the hotel. For your return transfer to the airport, the pick-up time will be scheduled 3.5 hours before your flight departure time listed on this booking.

After an airport experience from a horror movie—super long lines, confusion , and unbearable heat—we were over an hour late for our pickup. I was so worried our driver would leave without us! Instead, their customer service team reached out to check on us, kept in touch the entire time, and made sure our driver was still waiting. They turned what could have been a chaotic, stressful experience into one of comfort and reassurance. If you’re traveling to the area, do yourself a favor and book with them. Hands down the best transportation company around! A friendly face in a foreign place made all the difference. ❤️

Booing was easy. Communication for coordinating meeting driver was adequate. Driver was ready and easy to find at pickup. Tansport to hotel without any setbacks. All great.
It was a nice ride and a nice vehicle. The driver was very nice and informative, he explained the attractions and what needs to be seen while in Costa Rica
Driver was so kind and friendly. We had to change our time to an earlier pick up and they were quick to respond to accommodate this and showed up on time when we needed them. We learned so much about Costa Rica on our way to the airport. Van was like brand new and it was a a very safe and comfortable ride.
Driver was there outside the airport when we exited the airport which was good no waiting at all. He was friendly although he spoke very little English he tried to communicate with us as well as we with him.
