Not to book any timed excursions because the traffic is really bad and we missed our tour because traffic was really bad.

Unfortunately, traffic on a long-distance route like Budapest–Prague can be unpredictable. Some days the journey is smooth with no delays at all, while on other days accidents, roadworks or simply heavy traffic can significantly increase the travel time. For this reason, we always recommend leaving some flexibility when booking activities with a fixed starting time during or shortly after a long-distance transfer.
