This is a complete waste of time. It is nothing but a scam. The driver showed up 45 minutes late. When we were picked up, I was texting the tour operator and asking him if the light show would still be going on when we arrived since the driver showed up late, he lied to my face and said yes. When we arrived, we were met by a woman with the name of Hala and were told that the light show was not going to happen. Instead, they took us to a rooftop to have a cheap cheap dinner. The Roof rooftop, did overlook the pyramids which was decent. But basically we got scammed out of $140 US dollars. The dinner in total would’ve cost approximately $15-$20 with the US conversion rate. The worst part is the fact that we were lied to multiple times. Don’t waste your money this tour is a fake. There is no tour to even happen. Instead you’ll be meant with a cheap dinner, someone trying to get you to like their tour page and lies.
It was not a waste of time, and it was not a scam. The driver did indeed arrive late because there are two hotels with the same name, which caused confusion for the driver. We apologized to you for the delay, and you accepted the apology. We did not lie when we told you that you would still catch the show, because you were actually supposed to attend the second show, if it was available. That is why we informed you that you would still be able to attend the show. Upon your arrival, you were met by Hala, your licensed tour guide. Before informing you that the show would not take place since she herself did not yet know she first took you to the show venue to collect your tickets. At that moment, everyone was surprised to learn that the show had been cancelled, which happened in front of you. You also saw other companies and foreign tourists who were equally surprised by the cancellation. Accordingly, Hala took the appropriate action. Instead of taking you back to your hotel, she took you to the rooftop of one of the best hotels in the area so you could enjoy the view of the pyramids. You were offered a luxury dinner, not as you claim. You also expressed your satisfaction with the dinner and even ordered dessert in addition to drinks. Please note that this cost the company more than the cost of the show itself. The question here is: if you claim you were scammed, why did you give her a generous tip? People only give tips when they are happy with the service they receive.
Horrible experience. because we arrived and everything was closed for the end of Ramadan. Nobody warned us; fortunately the local agency refunded us.
It was not a terrible experience. We were surprised that the sound and light show was canceled on this day in order to create a private party. This matter was completely beyond our control. However, your reservation amount was paid in full. We did not completely deceive you. We were surprised that the show was cancelled.
Boogie and Ibraheem were great guides and found an excellent rooftop restaurant in Giza to watch the Sound and Light show from. The food was delicious too! Definitely recommend.
Thank you very much for your review & we hope to see you again.
Narrated from the perspective of the Sphinx, the show takes you on a timeless journey across Egypt's rich history, illuminating the majestic pyramids against the canvas of the night's sky. The highlight of the excursion of the event is Mo, our guide, and the driver who is very experienced.
Thank you very much for your review & we hope to see you again.
We had an amazing time at the light show with our tour guide, affectionately known as the Sugar Queen. I recommend you see the show.

Thank you very much for your review & you are always welcome in Egypt.
Hala took me to see the Public market. I had the most amazing experience doing that and feeling so welcome and able to shop and get everything I like. We went to the museum to learn about Egypt. We had lunch at Hardee’s.
Thank you very much
It’s a show about the history of ancient Egypt, like someone is telling a story but with sound and lights all around the Pyramids complex.. just for the experience it’s worth it.
Thank you very much
