This tour was exactly what we were looking for. The Railway Market was lively and unlike anywhere we've been before. Cruising through the canals gave us a chance to see local life from a different perspective. Everything went very smoothly.
The timing was excellent. We arrived just before the train came through, so we didn't miss the highlight. After that, exploring the floating market by boat was relaxing, and the local desserts were delicious.
A fantastic experience from beginning to end. Watching the train arrive was something I'll never forget. The floating market had a relaxed atmosphere, and we enjoyed sampling local snacks along the way.
One of the most memorable experiences during our trip to Thailand. Watching the train pass through the market was incredible, and the boat ride around the floating market was peaceful. I also loved the coconut ice cream and fresh mango sticky rice.
We had a wonderful day exploring both markets. The Railway Market was full of excitement, while the Floating Market was calm and charming. Ending the trip with mango sticky rice made the day even better.
Paula knew where to take good photos at the railway market and helped us get a group picture before the train came through. She was cheerful and made the journey between the two markets fun. We also enjoyed the coconut ice cream she prepared for us.
The early start was worth it once we arrived at the railway market before the larger crowds. Annie managed the schedule well and gave us enough time to look around after the train passed. The floating market was vibrant and the boat ride was a fun way to explore it.
The pick up was on time and the van was clean with good air conditioning. Kay was smiling from the beginning and spoke very good English. At the Railway Market she found a nice place for us before the train arrived. It came much closer than I expected and everyone was waving. After that we went to the Floating Market and took a private boat through the canals. Kay also gave us water and checked many times if everything was okay. Very good service and a fun morning.
Seeing the vendors move their umbrellas and goods before the train passed was the most interesting part of the day. Annie kept us informed about the timing and found a good place for us to watch. She also answered our questions about the market and local life. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
At the Railway Market, we had time to walk along the tracks and see the fresh fish and other products sold right beside the railway. Tip was very helpful and explained the small details we would not have understood by ourselves. She knew the timing of the train, helped us find a safe place to wait and answered all our questions. I especially liked that the tour did not feel too formal. It felt like spending the morning with a friend who really knew the area. This trip showed us more than the usual tourist pictures. During the boat ride, we passed wooden houses beside the canal, small workshops, local boats and even a large monitor lizard resting near the water. Some areas were busy with souvenir stalls, while other parts felt very local and quiet. Thank you, Tip, for making this trip so enjoyable and memorable!
